Elaine finds out Cole's birthday is on the same day as her son's. Tiffany convinces Sean to go through with the operation. Gregory repeats that Tiffany is guilty for everything that Sean had done. Rae is surprised when her ex-teacher, Dr. Moulton, is surprised that she is wasting her medical talent on nothing. After Meg leaves, Annie Annie sips a pill into Ben's vine.
