Swamp Thing follows Abby Arcane as she investigates what seems to be a deadly swamp-born virus in a small town in Louisiana but soon discovers that the swamp holds mystical and terrifying secrets. When unexplainable and chilling horrors emerge from the murky marsh, no one is safe.

Pilot
CDC doctor Abby Arcane is called in to investigate an outbreak in her Louisiana home town, and meets researcher Alec Holland.
Worlds Apart
After witnessing the explosion that seemingly killed Alec and the swamp creature, Abby approaches Avery in an attempt to get at Alec's files. Susie is drawn to the swamp where she meets the newly created Swamp Thing, and one of Avery's men stalks her.
He Speaks
Abby goes to Alec's lab to check his research after Harlan is struck down by the disease, and speaks with Swamp Thing for the first time. Xanadu tells Danny that his fortune has changed, and Avery discovers that his funding has dried up.
Darkness on the Edge of Town
A new disease spreads from the swamp, and Swamp Thing tells Abby that it's only the beginning. Daniel queries Xanadu about his mission, Jason sees a sample of Swamp Thing's cell structure and has questions, and Avery takes Susie into his house.
Drive All Night
The Green tries to send Swamp Thing a warning about the evil that threatens Abby and Maria. Meanwhile, Avery pays Delroy a visit and Daniel tries to leave Marais.
The Price You Pay
Jason tests his regenerative formula on the comatose Daniel, and Swamp Thing deals with the hunters that Avery sends after him.
Brilliant Disguise
Abby sees Swamp Thing for who he is, and he shows her the Rot. Maria entertains a guest from the Conclave, and Lucilia tells Avery that they have business in the swamp.
Long Walk Home
Swamp Thing helps Avery despite the Green's wishes and pays a steep price. Upon her return to Atlanta, Abby discovers that Dr. Palomar is in charge of her research... and the Conclave is in charge of Palomar.
The Anatomy Lesson
Jason vivisects the captive Swamp Thing to learn his secrets, while the Stranger shows Daniel his destiny. Abby and Liz look for Alec, and Matt's reality comes crashing in on him.
Loose Ends
The Conclave sends more hunters after Swamp Thing, who is dealing with the aftermath of his discovery of who he isn't. Abby confronts Jason, and Avery confronts Lucilia.
