Michael Symon fires up his smoker and firepit to make some of his Dad's and Pap's favorite dishes. But smoking a brisket takes time, so while Michael waits, he takes care of some chores and then whips up his Pap's favorite Rye Spaetzle and his Dad's favorite Grilled Cabbage. Doc
