Unscripted series that follows renowned tattoo artist Thomas Pendelton as he transforms a 1970s tour bus into a traveling tattoo parlor and takes it on the road. In this episode, Thomas and his business partner and wife, Monica, take the bus to Las Vegas where they tattoo a phoenix on a woman who gave up her child for adoption 10 years ago. Later, Thomas pays his respects to the Boo-Yaa T.R.I.B.E. at their tattoo shop and brings a mother and daughter closer together through his artwork.

Later, Thomas goes to Hawthorne, Nev., to meet Trooper, who wants a portrait of his beloved deceased wife on his chest. Thomas mixes the cremated woman's ashes into the ink for a touching memorial that brings tears to his eyes.
