Episode 9

Every year thousands of lives are saved because someone knows what to do quickly and confidently in a crisis. Sadly, many lives are also lost through ignorance of the same procedures. At the Hillsborough disaster, Trevor Hicks had to stand by helplessly while both his daughters stopped breathing and he did not know what to do.

In a special programme Esther Rantzen and the team join forces with St John Ambulance to help viewers learn how to give the "Breath of Life".
