Figaro is chiseling a statue when he is suddenly inflicted with an incurable case of the hiccups. He tries everything possible to cure this– nothing works. Only when his robotic dog Rivet scares him the hiccups seem to be gone. When the hiccups return, Rivet is instructed to give Figaro the fright of his life. The tin terrier takes his mission very serious and this leads to disastrous results.
