In the midst of the seventh round of NAFTA talks last week President Trump announced a plan to impose tariffs on steel and aluminum, setting the stage for a trade war. The Agenda discusses the implications for Ontario, and Canada. Efforts towards reconciliation come in many forms, and not always in expected ways.
