The racers head to Regina, Sask., where they are buried in lentils and questioned by the RCMP.

Check the Cannons!
The remaining teams get tongue-tied and crushed by crepes in Quebec City while the sisters make a costly decision.

We Don't Have Time for the Bathroom
The teams head to the frozen climate of Iqaluit, Nunavut; Celina has trouble eating a local delicacy; and the contestants embark on a climb.

Clutch and Release
The four remaining teams race into Nova Scotia, where Vanessa and Celina encounter problems, Dave loses patience with Jet and things get intense at the race's second U-Turn.

Ah-mazing
The Top 4 teams race to Newfoundland and Labrador.

The Family Race Off
The Top 3 teams go to Toronto for the final leg of the race.
