Then the contestants meet Dr. Huizenga at a medical research facility for a sobering look at how the food choices people make can mean the difference between life and death. ACCLAIMED CHEF LORENA GARCIA GUEST STARS - Host Bob Harper greets contestants with the news that their challenge this week involves pulling food trucks. The team that wins gets a crash course in healthy cooking and eating from popular chef Lorena Garcia, while the losing team has to eat from the food trucks - a challenging task requiring them to resist temptation and choose wisely from the limited healthy food choices. Following the switch-up, another contestant gets eliminated at the weigh-in.

Homeward Bound; Real World Problems
The teams compete in a competition where the winner decides who gets to go home for a week from both sides; the teams are broken up and wearing their individual jerseys. After facing their first individual challenge, they get a guys and girl's night out and start to sow some wild oats. Two players are eliminated; one a victim of the red line, and one being voted off after falling below the yellow line.

Makeover Week
It is makeover week and the remaining contestants get style makeovers by Tim Gunn and Ken Paves. Following their style transformations, the contestants get the opportunity to show off their new looks to their families. Before the contestants' loved ones go back home, they go back to the ranch with their loved ones and get to participate in their last chance workout. A contestant gets voted off.
