There are six contestants left—and no more teams. Everyone is wearing the same uniform now. That means they also have to hold themselves that much more accountable for every minute, every rep, every calorie, every challenge, every pound if they intend to stay any longer. Just when you think they've been pushed to the brink, think again. This burn is going to turn into an inferno.

Boosting Morale
The contestants get the encouragement they need to keep going forward on their adventure.

Final Four
The final four contestants revisit a fitness milestone to see how much progress they have made.

Finale
All twelve contestants return to The Biggest Loser campus for one final weigh-in, to see where they've come since they started. One person will win $100,000 and the title of The Biggest Loser. One of the eliminated contestants will win the $25,000 At-Home Prize.
