Brooke finds a willing listener in Eric when describing what happened last night with Ridge. Ridge tries to figure out what happened the previous night when he wakes up above the bar with Shauna.

As Eric tries to keep Hope's worries about what happened to Ridge at bay, Shauna and Ridge vow to never let Brooke know what happened between them at the bar. Upon arriving home, Ridge and Brooke have a heart to heart about the night before. Katie lets Flo know how she feels about her actions toward Hope and Liam and that her father would be ashamed and appalled by her role in what happened. After Shauna arrives at home to find Katie speaking her piece to Flo, Flo eventually asks where her mother spent the night.

Ridge and Brooke patch things up.

Shauna asks Quinn to help Flo get Wyatt back.

Wyatt shows Sally the depth of his commitment.

Sally accepts Wyatt's marriage proposal. As Ridge and Brooke discuss things at Forrester Creations, a worried Bill fears the worst after Katie collapses and is rushed to the hospital.

As Katie's family rallies at the hospital to find out what's wrong with her health, Quinn tries to get Eric and Wyatt to see why the perfect woman for her son is Flo. Sally tries to get Wyatt to not tell his mother that they're engaged. Sally and Flo have an encounter at the Bikini Bar, where Sally announces her engagement to Wyatt.

Quinn rips into Wyatt for proposing to Sally when she believes he should be with Flo. At the bar, Sally thanks Flo for making Wyatt see that she's a better fit for him than Flo would be. Dr. Armstrong delivers the bad news about Katie's failing kidneys to her loved ones.

.As Brooke and Ridge bicker about Thomas, Thomas sneaks into the house in order to see Douglas and is caught by his father. Flo urges her mother to stop obsessing over a possibly pursuing a relationship with Ridge.

After Ridge takes Douglas to his playdate, he has a run-in at Forrester with Shauna. Thomas makes some veiled threats to Brooke when she arrives home. Thomas' friend Vince gets the scoop about the other night when Ridge went on his bender from the bartender at the Bikini Bar.

Thomas sets Brooke up for a divorce.

Bill encounters Shauna at the hospital and warns her to stay away from the Logan women. Thomas manipulates Danny into dropping a bombshell on Brooke that will fracture her marriage.

Shauna confesses to Flo that she kissed Ridge when he was passed out drunk. Ridge is floored when Brooke confronts him about the night he spent with Shauna Fulton.

Thomas encourages Shauna to go after Ridge so Brooke can pay for her war on him. Hope and Liam bond with Douglas and Beth. Brooke and Ridge continue to fight about the night he spent with Shauna, and urges Ridge to see how Thomas' actions towards Douglas isn't healthy.

After Shauna tells Flo of Thomas' visit, she is confronted by Brooke. Katie learns the latest of her condition from her new doctor, Dr. Davis. Ridge tries to get Steffy to forgive Thomas.

Katie and her family receive some bad news about finding a kidney donor from her doctor. Brooke and Shauna continue their confrontation when Flo arrives home. Ridge tries to get Steffy on the same page about sticking up for Thomas since they're family. Shauna urges Flo to get tested to see if she's a match for Katie.

After getting a bleak prognosis from her doctor, Bill tries to use his influence to move Katie's name at the top of any recipient list the doctor could think of. At Steffy's, she shares with her father that she, Brooke, Liam and Hope felt that Flo should have served some time in jail for the part she played in passing Beth off as Phoebe. Shauna encourages Flo to get tested to see if she's a match for Katie.

Flo stuns Shauna when she states that her gift will be anonymous. Katie is grateful to learn that a kidney donor has been found; a secret guardian angel.

Wyatt and Sally babysit Beth and Douglas while Hope and Liam are the hospital for Katie. The Forresters, Logans and Spencers band together for Katie while Shauna stays watch over Flo.

Shauna and the Logan's wait with baited breath to find out how Katie's transplant surgery turned out. After waking up in her room, Katie asks if she could meet her donor to thank them in person. When the donor is brought into her room, she and her loved ones are in shocked at discovering it is Flo.

As Sally and Wyatt watch Douglas and Beth, the Logan women begrudgingly thank Flo for donating her kidney in order to save Katie's life, but refuse to forgive her for the pain she caused to Hope and Liam. Afterwards, Brooke confronts Shauna and tells her that she and Flo should leave town after Flo recovers because she will never be welcomed into the Logan family again.

After finding out that Flo is Katie's donor, Wyatt goes to see Flo to discuss her generosity. As Ridge and Brooke continue to argue about Thomas and refusing to give Flo the benefit of the doubt, Thomas walks into his father's office and learns the latest regarding Katie's health. Shauna then arrives and confides to Ridge that the night they spent together, they also shared a kiss.

As Thomas listens in on Shauna and Ridge's conversation, Shauna insists that Brooke won't hear about their kiss from her. Wyatt continues to give glowing praise to Flo for donating her kidney to Katie. Bill, Will, and Brooke visit with Katie as she continues to recover from her surgery. Later, when Ridge and Brooke have a heart to heart about their difference of opinion about Thomas, Thomas confronts Shauna about the kiss she shared with his father and attempts to get Shauna into to working with him to break up Ridge and Brooke.

As Brooke tells Hope the latest in regards to Buckingham's case, Liam goes behind Hope's back to take Beth to see Steffy. Zoe runs into Thomas and lets him know that her father has been sentenced. He then asks her what side she wants to be on in his quest to take down the Logan's and everyone else who has crossed him.

Thomas shares his plans to take down the Logan's with Zoe. After finding out that Liam took Beth to Steffy's, Hope decides to confront Steffy about if she intends to come between her relationship with Liam and Beth. It is at this point when Liam arrives at Steffy's and as a result, Hope begins to realize her relationship with Liam isn't as solid as she thinks. Shauna sneaks back into Ridge's office to let him know that Thomas found out about their kiss.

Steffy, Liam, and Hope continue their standoff about their relationship while trying not to wake up their kids. At Forrester, Ridge and Shauna continue to talk. Thomas is still trying to convince Zoe to stay in LA and work with him to take down the Logan family.

As Thomas goes to confront Brooke, Hope, and Liam about possibly adopting Douglas, his friend Vinny is surprised to find Thomas invited Zoe to stay in his apartment for a while.

Hope makes a pitch to Thomas that she should be the one, not him, to raise Douglas. Attempting to sway Steffy to forgive Thomas, Ridge assures her that Douglas will stay with his father.

Bill visits Wyatt and reveals that Quinn asked him to meddle in his engagement with Sally. Ridge is blindsided to learn that it was Brooke's idea to coerce Thomas into giving up Douglas.

Ridge and Brooke's marriage teeters on the brink as Ridge faces off with Brooke, Hope and Liam over their plot to take Douglas.Thomas shares an emotional moment with Douglas, vowing to be the father that he deserves.

Ridge explains to Eric how Brooke's history with Stephanie is repeating itself with Brooke and Thomas. Comedy, then passion, ensues when Ridge unexpectedly finds Shauna asleep in his bed.

Ridge surprises Shauna with his response to her question regarding their current sleeping arrangement. Hope shares with Brooke her plan to use Thomas's love for her to take Douglas away from him.

Shauna confides to Quinn about her kiss with Ridge which prompts Quinn to stroll down memory lane. Brooke calls Ridge to convey how much she misses him but things go south when she brings up Thomas.

Hope attends Quinn and Eric's Halloween soiree to manipulate Thomas into signing adoption papers. Liam and Steffy re-connect when he takes Beth to share Halloween night with Steffy and Kelly.

Steffy and Liam take great comfort and joy in their daughters, as well as in their forever bond. Hope finds herself in a bind when Thomas and Douglas question her about their future together.
