Episode 1
Cathy plans to push Dan out of the clinic by taking control of her father's shares once his will has been read and goes behind Dan's back to meet with the old clients the Stapletons who have accused Alex of being the reason Paddy's leg was amputated as a result of an ulcer he didn't treat.

Episode 2
Aine finds it increasingly difficult to cope with her son Tommy and reacts in a shocking and distressing way. Meanwhile, Cathy deliberately keeps Julia waiting in reception for their meeting which backfires on her when Dan invites Julia to dinner and sweet-talks her into taking a more permanent position in the clinic.

Episode 3
Liam Smith begins his job as the new nurse of Clarence Street Clinic but his first day is very difficult.

Episode 4
Rhiannon rebels when Keelin tries to send her home to her father. Keelin, feeling she has no choice, tells Rhiannon she can move in without consulting Ronan which leads to a falling out.

Episode 5
Dan is devastated to discover he has a brain AVM and has a 20 percent risk of hemorrhaging within the year if they don't operate, but his motor function may be affected if they do.

Episode 6
Cathy is surprised when Dan agrees to treat her patient for free without asking any questions. Aine has dinner with Billy and tells him she wants her family back, even though she still has things to sort out. Clodgah's birth mother comes to the clinic which leads to an emotional confrontation.

Episode 7
Patrick refuses to take an agitated Conor for a session after Conor is rude and insults Bernie. Daisy grows increasingly uncomfortable around Jack.

Episode 8
Daisy thinks she may have been a cause of Conor's break up with his girlfriend, Siobhan, as well as his accident.

Episode 9
Jack creates a scene in the clinic after finding out that Daisy has accused him of sexual harassment.

Episode 10
Julia is shocked when her husband Harry shows up out of the blue and she tries to persuade him to finally give her the divorce she has been waiting five years for but he is determined on trying to win back Julia's heart. Dan finally decides to have surgery.
