They know they are just three patisserie challenges away from the biggest day in their baking lives. First comes the Signature, and there's a deceptively simple challenge with Paul and Prue looking for perfection. The heat is on with Prue's complex, multi-layered Technical. And the semi-finalists feel the pressure when they're asked to create a spectacular Showstopper that could grace a Parisian patisserie. Who has the skill to reach the Bake Off final?
