The Hellewell family creates an incredible interactive display that makes everyone of all ages feel like little kids with their custom-made inflatables, a giant playable piano and more in Newark, California. The Pratt family showcases their sweet-themed display with the first-ever motorized amusement park ride taking guests through Lollipop Lane, Peppermint Place and Marshmallow Way in Scottsdale, Arizona. The Maan family puts on a dazzling and awe-inspiring light show, combining traditional Christmas with the Indian Diwali Festival of Lights, featuring over 50,000 pixels in their display in Manteca, California. And the Lunsford family carries on their family tradition of building a stunning light display on their 90-acre farm, which has been in the family since the 1700s in Bowman, Georgia. Episode 2
Judge Taniya Nayak continues the holiday festivities as the Henderson family creates a breath-taking display with elements from festive cutouts to a four-hole mini-golf course in San Luis Obispo, California. The Allison family transforms their four-acre property into an elegant light show with a quarter-million lights which are brought to life through music in Havana, Florida. The Pazzini family puts on a vibrant display with inspiration from around the globe, featuring the Eiffel Tower, a Japanese koi pond, an Indian elephant and so much more in Florham Park, New Jersey. And the Watkins family transforms the inside and outside of their home into the ultimate Christmas fantasy land with individually themed rooms and a whimsical stairway in Las Vegas. The holiday festivities continue as the competition travels across the country with the Austin family transforming their house into a giant present with a 55 foot mega tree, a sandy beach area fresh with seashells and an 8 foot handmade gingerbread house in Kennesaw, Georgia; the Malone family turns Christmas into the most wonderful time of the year with their extravagant North Pole display for kids with a flying sled and hundreds of plush elves in Ridgecrest, California; the Harbeck family creates an epic light show with an ode to Star Wars that transforms into the ultimate dance party with 3D printed decor in Pasadena, California; and the Pelky family decks out their house with a vibrant display of traditional elements mixed with quirky Christmas characters in Mesa, Arizona. The battle continues as judge Taniya Nayak heads to the Sencil family who transform their home into a gingerbread house fresh out of the oven, delicious smells and all, using repurposed DIY products that leave kids in awe in Suisun City, California; the Castle family puts on a dazzling synchronized light show where it's techie in the front and tacky in the back incorporating decorations that have old sentimental value in Palm City, Florida; the Notchick family creates a beautiful southern Christmas in Florida display as the two retired Navy Veterans dedicate part of their display to all who have served in Jacksonville, Florida; and the Nahas family has a little of everything from a talking reindeer to outer space Christmas aliens, complete with a "Tunnel of Christmas" where all the themes collide in Staten Island, New York.
