Season 3
Following the huge success of the award-winning series The Great House Giveaway, all three presenters from the Channel 4 and S4C versions will join forces. Welsh estate agent and presenter Carys Davies will join regular Channel 4 presenters Simon O'Brien and Tayo Oguntonade with the search for hidden property gems in desperate need of a refresh by our house flipping newcomers.

Stafford, West Midlands
Complete strangers paramedic Sarah and garment technologist Paige team up to transform a crumbling house bought at auction into a dream home. The tired Victorian terrace in Stafford, the West Midlands, is packed with original features and, armed with a budget, a six-month schedule and advice from Simon O'Brien, they seem the perfect team. But with money leaking like water from a broken pipe, will there be enough left to make a profit?
Newcastle upon Tyne
In Newcastle-upon-Tyne, music agent Gemma and plumber Paul are paired up together to tackle the renovation of a four-bed family home.
Birmingham
Two wannabe property developers team up to transform a wrecked house in Birmingham into a modern home fit for a family. Trevelle is a bathroom fitter and Mya an estate agent, so they seem like the dream team to pull this off with aplomb. But things soon start going awry as they slip further and further behind schedule.
Chirk, North Wales
Residential worker Tash and apprentice electrician Gwion team up to renovate a two-bedroom end-of-terrace house in Chirk, north Wales. Their plans are ambitious and Tash has no trade skills, but that is the least of their worries as the house has no connection to the mains gas and the new windows do not fit.
Somercotes, Derbyshire
In Somercotes, Derbyshire, Simon O'Brien pairs designer Jaspal with painter and decorator Chantelle. They are given a run-down property and six months to totally transform the home.
Cramlington, North East
In Cramlington, in the North East of England, sales teams leader Ashleigh and joiner Joe take on a run-down suburban semi urgently in need of some TLC.
Episode 7
A banker and a builder join forces to renovate a decrepit family home in Garforth, Leeds. When one of the pair struggles to commit to the work, the pressure rises for the other.
Episode 8
Delivery driver James and company owner Kevin team up to transform a dilapidated family home in Chalford Oaks, Middlesbrough, hoping to turn a profit in six months.
Episode 9
Apprentice plumber Peter and factory manager Daniel team up to transform a dated house in Skewen, south Wales, into a dream home - but things start to fall apart from day one.
Episode 10
In Weston-super-Mare, Somerset, strangers Aaron and Stuart pair up to renovate a property. Between them, these two have got all the trade skills they need to make this a big success. However, as the work begins, it quickly becomes apparent that every single wall in the house has to be stripped back and replastered from scratch. Simon O'Brien, Tayo Oguntonade and Carys Davies monitor their progress.

Complete strangers electrician Aaron and farmer Wil team up to transform a crumbling house into a dream home in Llandudno, north Wales. They are given just six months and a limited budget to fully restore, renovate and put it back on the market with the aim of securing the biggest profit they can. It's a huge job, and they have to pull in favours from a legion of friends and family in a bid to save as much money as possible. Simon O'Brien, Tayo Oguntonade and Carys Davies monitor their progress.

In Burton-on-Trent, builder Jack and payroll manager Helen are teamed up to bring a wrecked terrace house that is actually unmortgageable into the 21st century.
Episode 13
Structural engineer Ollie and housewife Gill team up to transform a property that has seen better days in Newcastle, hoping to turn a profit in six months.
Episode 14
In Hull, bricklayer Michael and landscape gardener Andrew are given six months to transform a house built for 20th-century living into a home fit for the 21st century. They make a great start - until a structural engineer has bad news for them.
Episode 15
In Bangor, north Wales, hitherto strangers teacher Olivia and security officer Gethin are teamed up and presented with a drab and dated two-bed terrace. They're given a limited budget and six months to completely renovate the property into a modern family home. Olivia brings her amazing organisational skills to the project to ensure it all runs smoothly, and Gethin is handy with just about everything else. Together, they are a dream team on track to make this renovation a huge success, but whether they can secure a decent profit remains to be seen.
Episode 16
In Swadlincote in south Derbyshire, hitherto strangers apprentice electrician Kasey and handyman Tom are paired up and given a maximum of six months and a limited budget to fully renovate a large property with an unusual construction. They start off working well together, but halfway through the renovation, the cracks begin to show as one of them starts to question the commitment of the other to the project. Can these two strangers find a way to work together to get over the finish line and make any money at all?

Two strangers transform a decrepit property in Aldridge, Walsall, and embark on some major structural changes, including knocking down walls to create a dog-leg kitchen.
Episode 18
In the West Midlands town of Brownhills, carpenter Tom and kitchen and bathroom fitter Renaldo set out to renovate a run-down end-of-terrace and turn it into a modern family home. With their combined skills, the pair made a great start but when things start to slow down, their decision to go against presenter Simon O'Brien's advice proves costly.

Communications worker Llyr and kitchen designer Elinor team up to renovate a run-down terraced house in Tonypandy, south Wales, with just six months to turn a profit.
Episode 20
Simon O'Brien, Tayo Oguntonade and Carys Davies buy two strangers a house at auction and give them a renovation budget and just months to flip it. Here, bathroom fitter David and air conditioning engineer Nathan are paired up to tackle a total makeover on an old house that has seen better days in Middleton, Greater Manchester. They are given a limited budget and just six months to turn it into a modern family home fit for the 21st century.
Episode 21
Simon O'Brien, Tayo Oguntonade and Carys Davies buy two strangers a house at auction and give them a renovation budget and just months to flip it. In Colwyn Bay, north Wales, joiner Gethin teams up with musician Jacob to renovate a house that hasn't been touched since the day it was built. These two have their work cut out as they take on an ambitious renovation with just six months and a limited budget.
