Intimate and upbeat, The Job Interview returns bigger and bolder, going back inside the nerve-wracking interview room as an eclectic assortment of real job-seekers from across the country interview for real roles at some of Britain's biggest and best-known brands.

Episode 1
Formidable recruitment duo Diego and Kathryn from Virgin Trains are looking for someone to bring sparkle to the role of serving drinks and snacks on the West Coast Main Line. Hoping to impress them and win the £24,000-per-year role is 29-year-old Bianca, who, with mounting student debt, has had to put her studies on hold.

Episode 2
Heck Foods have a vacancy for a £25,000-£40,000 per annum position as a product developer at 'Sausage World', their Yorkshire headquarters. It's a battle between youth and experience. Stuart, who's 55 and has a background in takeaway pizza 'dip pots' and Scotch eggs, is desperate to land the job but faces stiff competition from 26-year-old restaurant manager and enthusiastic foodie Calum. As the interview builds to its climax, Stuart and Calum go head-to-head in a blind sausage tasting. And luxury spa Champneys are looking for a receptionist to bring an air of calm efficiency to their flagship resort in Hertfordshire.

Episode 3
Global hotel giant Hilton Hotels and Resorts are looking for a conference and banqueting manager. The candidates for the £18,000 per annum role at St George's Park in Burton-on-Trent include 24-year-old Lauren, who's just resigned from her job and is desperate to get back to work, and 32-year-old warehouse clerk Ashley, who wants to get back into hospitality. Candidates are expected to have meticulous attention to detail and have to display a passion for working at this illustrious hotel. Meanwhile, entrepreneurial brothers Daniel and Gio, who run women's fashion label Chi Chi London, are looking for a junior designer who's brimming with creativity and has the design skills to work in their fast-paced environment.

Episode 4
Good Housekeeping magazine was set up almost 100 years ago to offer household hints and tips, and now its stock-in-trade is 'tried and tested' reviews of every product and gadget we use in our homes, from washing machines to sex toys. They're looking for a junior product tester to work at their state-of-the-art Good Housekeeping Institute. The candidates include 27-year-old personal trainer James who - as a vegan - has a decision to make when he's asked how he would cope with a sausage roll tasting. He's up against 25-year-old receptionist Louise, who's dreaming of taking her first step into writing.

Episode 5
Aston Martin interview youthful, confident Nathan and softly-spoken, experienced Sid for a group leader position. Tour operator Cruise Nation are looking for a sales specialist.

Episode 6
In the final episode of the series, the RAC interview candidates for a roadside patrol officer role, based in south-west England. Candidates will need to pass the 'mum test' - who has the right roadside manner to reassure the boss's mother if she breaks down at night? The job pays around £37,000 per year. One candidate, Peter, is an enthusiastic Cornwall-based mechanic who has worked for the RAC before and misses the buzz of helping drivers in distress. He knows the job inside out, but he faces stiff competition from ambitious 31-year-old firefighter Lee, who wants to increase his earnings so that he can provide more for his young family. Meanwhile, Kettering-based mortgage broker TMP are looking for a 'chirpy' and personable candidate to become a case manager and guide their clients through the mortgage process.
