Adam Hills, Josh Widdicombe and Alex Brooker get back to their roots of Paralympic punditry to introduce the most entertaining sporting extravaganza known to humanity. This, the first of 11 nightly shows from Rio, is a celebration of all that was mind-blowing about London 2012 while teeing up what will be unmissable in Rio 2016 ahead of tonight's Opening Ceremony. The #isitok feature returns enabling viewers, and athletes alike, to ask the questions we're all too afraid to ask. The boys chat to C4's Paralympic presenters: Clare Balding, Breaking Bad's RJ Mitte, Ade Adepitan, Arthur Williams, JJ Chalmers, Sophie Morgan and Brazilian footballing legend Pele while also checking in on some of the show's favourite Superhumans of 2012.

Adam Hills, Josh Widdicombe and Alex Brooker are joined live in Rio by special guest Stephen Mangan for a comedic review of the early Paralympic highlights and a look at what lies ahead. The show features cyclist Sarah Storey ahead of her attempt to win an incredible 12th gold medal and Jody Cundy, the man who famously lost his cool on the track in 2012. There's a look ahead to the spectacles to come and the show's #isitok feature in which viewers ask the sort of questions about the Paralympics that while unacceptable, are always illuminating. There's a special performance by sprinter Jonnie Peacock ahead of the defence of his London 2012 gold medal haul, and the gang are joined live in the studio by the long jumper Stef Reid.

There's a very special performance from six-time Paralympic gold medalist David 'Weirwolf' Weir, and para-triathlete Lauren Steadman joins the gang. Shooter Matt Skelhon; wheelchair fencers Piers Gilliver and Dimitri Coutya; and Jack Rutter, captain of Men's 7-a-side football team, join in the fun.

Marathon man Richard Whitehead drops in along with table tennis stars Will Bayley, Ross Wilson and Aaron McKibbin, cycling and athletics star Kadeena Cox, boccia's David Smith and canoeist Emma Wiggs.

'Unofficial Closing Ceremony' - Sarah Storey, Hannah Cockroft, Gordon Reid, Jordanne Whiley, Dan Greaves, Lee Pearson
Adam Hills, Josh Widdicombe and Alex Brooker are live in Rio for the 'unofficial closing ceremony' of the Rio Paralympics 2016. For their last show from Rio, the boys are joined in the studio by a multitude of medal winners and heroes of the Games, including Dame Sarah Storey, Hannah Cockroft, Gordon Reid, Jordanne Whiley, Dan Greaves and Lee Pearson. Plus, there's the usual tomfoolery, sketches, clips, and anarchic discussion via nothing's-off-limits #isitok questions from both viewers and athletes.

Fallon puts his own stamp on the storied NBC late-night franchise with his unique comedic wit, on-point pop culture awareness, welcoming style and impeccable taste in music with the award-winning house band, The Roots.

The Wheel of Time
The Wheel of Time is set in a sprawling, epic world where magic exists, but only women can use it safely. Meaning that in this series — women hold the keys to power. The story follows Moiraine, a member of the shadowy and influential all-female organization called the ‘Aes Sedai' as she embarks on a dangerous, world-spanning journey with five young men and women. Moiraine's interested in these five because she believes one of them might be the reincarnation of an incredibly powerful individual, whom prophecies say will either save humanity or destroy it. The series draws on numerous elements of European and Asian culture and philosophy, most notably the cyclical nature of time found in Buddhism and Hinduism.
