Ree Drummond is reclaiming kitchen scraps and transforming them into star dishes. Peels, stems and bones destined for the trash are instead turned into crispy Roasted Potato Peels, Stir Fried Broccoli Stems and an awesome all-purpose Overnight Chicken Broth. Then she raids the fridge for leftovers to use in a frugal Crisper Crash Frittata and gives past-its-prime fruit a second chance with Leftover Fruit Bread. Ree turns pie crust scraps into four stunning treats and finally upcycles cheese scraps into the ultimate Leftover Cheese Dip.
Big Game, Big Food!
Ree Drummond is cooking mega with big food for the big game. She kicks things off with her Bodacious Burger, a stacked sandwich with tiers of Quick and Easy Mac and 3 Cheeses, Onion Strings and terrific toppings. Then she makes over-the-top Monster Meatballs, a Super-Sized Slice of Pizza using her Foolproof Pizza Dough for her football-mad son and a mammoth Mile High Mud Pie that's perfect game-watching grub.
Shipping and Shopping
Ree Drummond is shopping and sharing recipes for ground beef while the guys on the ranch ship cattle. First, she puts together her Slow Cooker Bolognese, a freezer favorite that's perfect over pasta or layered in herPolenta Lasagna. Then she works on fast Southwest Beef Lettuce Wraps and shortcut Rye Bread Party Pizzas.
Sweet School Treats
Ree Drummond is making divine chocolate treats for her daughter, Paige, to share with her school friends, and she's sneaking in a few for her husband, Ladd, while she's at it. There are adorable Classic Chocolate Cups decorated with homemade Sugared Orange Peels and a bunch of store-bought toppings. Ree shows her love with over-the-top Love and Kisses Cookies and the easiest Chipotle Fudge, and double-dipped Cookies and Cream Marshmallow Treats are made with oodles of chocolate and lots of fun.
16-Minute Comfort
Ree Drummond is speeding things up by giving her favorite comfort food recipes the 16-minute treatment. She starts with a Deconstructed Chicken Pot Pie for her daughter, Paige, and whips up Speedy Shrimp and Grits in no time for dinner with her best friend, Hy. Then Ree runs a time test on her Snappy Stroganoff and wraps up with quick Classic Tuna Melts for lunch.
Ask Me Anything!
It's question time on the ranch and Ree Drummond is covering topics ranging from recipes and romance to fashion and ranch favorites. Her answers include 3 Meat, 3 Bean, 3 Chili Chili, Shrimp Mango Lettuce Cups and the first thing she ever cooked for Ladd -- Linguine with Clam Sauce. She also shares a great idea for canapes with her Melon Feta Bites.
Kansas Cookin'
Ladd's going ranching in Kansas, so Ree Drummond plans ahead with Awesome Breakfast Burritos packed with an all-in-one spicy meat-and-egg scramble for him to share with the cowboys. While he's busy across the state line, she's cooking up delicious Braised Brisket and Vegetables, Twice-Baked Sweet Potatoes and decadent Chocolate Slab Ice Cream Sandwiches for a family dinner later in the day.
Easy Entertaining
Ree Drummond is hosting a cooking and eating get-together with her Oklahoma City Thunder gal friends. Afterward, they're sipping Thunder Margaritas in the team colors and wrapping up the party with self-assembly Boozy Berries and Cream.
Dinner for Two
Ree Drummond is sharing a trio of dinners for two -- for her daughter, Paige, for the freezer and for her other half, Ladd. Ree's mother-daughter dinner is an all-in-one Spatchcock Chicken Sheet Pan Supper. Next, her layered Loaf Pan Lasagna is perfectly portioned for two and just the thing for stocking up the freezer. Then, Ree and Ladd cook up frontier-style Steak Frites and Oven Fries with Ladd's own Lemon and Pepper Seasoning and Easy Hollandaise.
Lunch for the Crew
There's a flurry of activity on the ranch for a calf working, so Ree Drummond is preparing a well-deserved lunch at the lodge for the cowboy crew. She makes a crispy-coated ranch favorite, Chicken Fried Steak Sliders piled on beautiful, warm Buttermilk Biscuits and served with Buttermilk Gravy. Her Perfect Fried Potatoes are a tasty and filling side dish. For dessert, Ree makes Cherry Pie Cookie Bars, the perfect sweet treat for the crew to enjoy as they head back to work.
16-Minute Tex Mex
Start the clock -- Ree Drummond is whipping up four 16-minute Tex-Mex marvels for breakfast, lunch, dinner and a snack. She makes a fried egg-topped Breakfast Tostada for a speedy and satisfying start to the day. Then she whips up Pineapple Chicken Tacos for a lunch date with a friend. For dinner on a deadline, Ree turns to a beautiful bowl of Pozole with plenty of fixings, and she makes a sweet snack in a snap, Quick Churros with Caramel Sauce, for dessert with her husband, Ladd.
Boarding House Bites
As she prepares to open a boarding house, Ree Drummond is road-testing mini bar snacks on the managers. Her first treat is Tallgrass Toffee, a mashup of candy, chocolate and trail mix. Then she makes Chocolatey Apricots, a simple combo of dried fruit and the good stuff. There are cute, homey Sprinkle Cookies and crispy, salty Drummond Ranch Potato Chips, too. She rounds out her boarding house snacks ready for room service with savory, spicy Cowboy Cheese Bites.
Mom Deliveries
Ree Drummond is honoring some of her favorite moms by making sweet deliveries. She starts withStrawberry Cheesecake Brownies for her stepmom and a Blood Orange Rosemary Pound Cake to pack up and mail to her mom, Gerre. Then, she helps a friend make a glorious birthday Fruit Bouquet for his mom. Ree wraps things up with adorable edible kisses, Vanilla Meringue Cookies, for her best friend and super mom, Hy.
