Text, Lies and Your Smile Is Fake
Following up with Elsa after her fainting incident, Adriana ends up reflecting on why she has trouble opening herself up completely to her loving fiance, Frederic. Karent surprises her Latin soap star boyfriend, Rodolfo, with a romantic massage and gauges his feelings about marriage. Joanna also turns up the heat with Romain by addressing his stalling to get married after being engaged for 5 years. An awkward confrontation ensues when Karent approaches Ana regarding her inappropriate texting with Rodolfo, which questions the loyalty between the women in the group. Secret issues are exposed at Lea's Gala volunteer meeting by her larger-than-life drag queen friend.
A Mynt Meltdown
The once seemingly perfect coupling of Joanna and Romain continues to see more downs than ups as the two find more ways to disconnect. Adriana continues to deflect Frederic's marriage talk. At the 10th anniversary of Mynt Adriana flirts with the club owner and Joanna's fiancé, Romain! But before that happens, all the girls meet at Lisa's for a pre-party, and Joanna gives her sister some advice that she might end up not following herself.

The Miami charity season is in full swing and all of the ladies attend the Hearts & Stars Gala for fun, drinks, and of course an evening of drama. Ana visits Alexia at home and the two have a heart to heart about Alexia's recovering son, Frankie. Later, all the ladies meet up again for Alexia's Venue Party, but not before Joanna warns Karent that she should watch her back because Adriana is out to get her.

Not wanting any drama of her own, Lea enlists the help of a psychic in the hopes of shifting the energy from negative to positive. As the Gala festivities begin, Marysol decides to sit this one out and visits Ana to discuss the "D" word -– DIVORCE.
A Better or Bitter Place
The Housewives are more divided than ever. And it's unclear who's really to blame. Alexia, determined to get to the bottom of it once and for all, calls for a Summit Dinner. But after her recent bad behavior, Romain isn't there to cheer her on. Despite suffering a tremendous heartbreak, Lea wipes away her tears and makes it to Alexia's dinner along with everyone else. In the end it looks like a peaceful resolution is reached -- but looks can be deceiving, especially in Miami.
Uncomfortably Public Relations

The Housewives attend Lisa Pliner's shoe fashion show where Marysol literally runs away from her problem, drag queen Elaine Lancaster.
