It's a major Halloween storm outside, but inside Dr. Colosso keeps the family spooked by telling scary stories sure to terrify even the bravest of superheroes.

After the Thundermans' superhero secret is exposed and life at home becomes unmanageable, the family is relocated to a new city; Phoebe and Max risk everything to save Hiddenville.

Phoebe and Max must work together on a series of superhero team-building exercises, but their different approaches to training jeopardizes their future as a crime fighting duo.

Max is concerned that he is not considered a valuable superhero, so he creates a machine that can predict future crimes.

When the children learn that Dr. Colosso ruined their parents' wedding years earlier, they decide to recreate Hank and Barb's dream day as their anniversary gift.

While preoccupied with Z-Force training, Phoebe and Max discover that they have forgotten special family events.

Phoebe feels left out in relationships since both Max and Cherry are in relationships. So, she creates a lie to fake romance but keeping it proves to be very difficult.

Phoebe worries that Max will revert to his evil ways after he is asked to give a "Scared Straight" talk to a group of young supervillains in prison, but her efforts to protect Max from himself end up doing more harm than good.

When Phoebe finds out that Max's Band is planning to ditch him, she suspects that the Z-Force training is hurting his friendships. So, she attempts to repair things.

Max and Phoebe ask Cherry to secretly fill-in after Phoebe injures herself the night before a meeting with the Z-Force.

After Max is dumped, Phoebe tries to cheer him up by introducing him to another girl, but Max's date turns out to be an intense animal activist who thinks he treats Dr. Colosso cruelly.

Max and Phoebe use their powers to give their Gideon a confidence boost, but the gesture backfires when he recklessly starts to think he that he has superpowers of his own.

Phoebe makes a life-altering decision when her powers combined with Max's powers are not enough to stop one of Max's old pranks from ruining a superhero gathering.

As Sarah and Gideon's crushes on Max and Phoebe escalate, the twins attempt to solve the problem by setting them up on a date with each other; Max wants to win back Sarah after he discovers her uncle is a rock star.
