Ian, from Southend-on-Sea, is looking for the perfect partner to see the world with, but time is running out for the 38-year-old. At the age of 15 Ian was diagnosed with Usher Syndrome, a degenerative eye condition which means he is slowly losing his eyesight. Ian has just eight per cent of his vision left and has no idea when he will lose his sight completely.
