Episode 1
Yuan, a well-rounded genius got kicked out of several top schools for being an inattentive and distracted student. Yuan's dad was left with no choice but to admit him into a neighbourhood school. Little did they know, this particular school is ruled by 4 different gangs, English – 英美, Math – 数灵 18, Science – ⻄读 & Art – 五当. Due to his outstanding results, Math, English & Science gang leaders were all fighting for him, literally. Amidst the scuffle, San Feng, the leader of 五当 found Yuan's comic book on the floor. Impressed by his talents, San Feng defended and fought for him.
Episode 2
After winning the fight, Yuan cluelessly joins 五当 and went on to live the most liberating and happiest moments of his life. Drawing inspiration from their real-life adventures, he weaved their characters and scenarios into his comic book. For the first time ever, Yuan finally feels heard and supported. He found somewhere he truly belongs.
Meanwhile, San Feng's parents discovers Yuan's comic book and assumed that it was created by San Feng. They are over the moon and are very proud of their son for finally revealing his creative side. Claiming credits to their creative genes. San Feng is overwhelmed by the praises and blinded by his own pride, he hid the truth from them.
Episode 3
Their friendship blossomed but at the expense of Yuan's relationship with his dad. Yuan's dad is very harsh on him when it comes to studies. After finding out that Yuan is a part of 五当, he tears up his drawings and destroys his materials. Guilt trips Yuan with his mother's death into giving up drawing just so he can focus on his studies with the hopes of him becoming a doctor or lawyer when he grows up.
Reluctantly, Yuan abandons the gang without a word and joins 数灵 18. Even though he made the right choice by his father's expectation, he feels dejected.
Episode 4
While struggling with his inner turmoil, Cleaner Hung steps in and talks to Yuan. After the conversation, Yuan comes to his senses. At the same time, the head of the 数灵 18, Yao Guai, comes back from hiatus and starts terrorising the school. 五当 goes to stop him.
With the help of Yuan and Cleaner Hung, they managed to take him down successfully. Remembering that their showcase is about to start, they rushed off, leaving behind the motionless Yao Guai on the floor.
Episode 5
Before the showcase begins, the principal received a text and left hurriedly. 五当's performance went on smoothly and the principal comes back just in time right after they ended their performance. In the fit of anger, the principal announces the dropping of Art stream and expelling 五当. Bewildered by the principal's decision, the parents of 五当 confronts her.
The confrontation escalated quickly. At this juncture, Yuan steps up and defended his gang. The investors step in after realising what is going on and remedy the situation.
