In this first programme, children from a debating club in Bradford, a pony club in Berkshire and a drama class in Gloucester explore their feelings of love and hate. Eight-year-old Abigail is getting used to the idea of her mum and dad's impending wedding, Daniel is bursting to see his father, who has been posted away with the army for the last six months, whilst Edmund just loves to hate his little sister.
Fear and Danger
Children from a drama class in Gloucester, a choir in Liverpool and a school on the Isle of Mull explore how they see fear and danger. Nine-year-old Eoin is anxious about the reaction to using a wheelchair to help his dwarfism, Jade takes her first independent steps from her Liverpool estate, whilst six-year-old Bruce can fear his own imagination, which teleports him from Mull for exotic adventures.
Right and Wrong
Children from a boxing club in London, a pony club in Berkshire and a choir in Liverpool explore how they see right from wrong. Ten-year-old Ma-Leiha is struggling at school after fighting with boys, nine-year-old Jumi is so easily influenced, his family worries it could land him in trouble, whilst cheeky Holly never knows whether to listen to the angel or the devil on her shoulders.

Children from a pony club in Berkshire, a choir in Liverpool and a boxing club in Hackney explore belief, in themselves and the world around them.
Growing Up
Children from a school on the Isle of Mull, a pony club in Berkshire and a debating club in Bradford explore what it means to grow up. 9-year-old Sophie dreams of riding at the Olympics, but is struggling to get back in the saddle after breaking her leg in a bad fall, Arwen looks beyond the isolation of Mull for her future, whilst Daniel is desperate to become a renowned scientist but has a back up plan of a magician.
The Adult World
Children from a choir in Liverpool, a debating club in Bradford and a boxing club in Hackney explore what they think of adults and what would be different if kids ruled the world. 11-year-old Salim wants to ban all bookies so adults can't gamble their life away, ten-year-old Sahar comes face to face with rising Islamophobia while wearing her hijab, whilst tensions flare in Liverpool as Jade tells her friends she would save her dog from a sinking ship before any of them.

Saint-Pierre
After Royal Newfoundland Constabulary Inspector Donny "Fitz" Fitzpatrick digs too deeply into a local politician's nefarious activity, he is exiled to work in Saint-Pierre et Miquelon (the French Territory nestled in the Atlantic Ocean just off the coast of Newfoundland). Fitz's arrival disrupts the life of Deputy Chief Geneviève "Arch" Archambault, a Parisian transplant who is in Saint-Pierre for her own intriguing reasons. Saint-Pierre is a police procedural with French star Joséphine Jobert as Arch and Canadian star Allan Hawco as Fitz, and James Purefoy rounding out the stellar team. As if by fate, these two seasoned officers — with very different policing skills and approaches — are forced together to solve unique and exciting crimes. Although the islands seem like a quaint tourist destination, the idyllic façade conceals the worst kind of criminal activity which tend to wash up on its beautiful shores. At first at odds and suspicious of each other, Arch and Fitz soon discover that they are better together... a veritable crime-fighting force.
