This Morning - Season 37

Today on This Morning, Coleen Rooney joined Ben Shephard and Cat Deeley on the sofa in her first interview since leaving the I'm A Celebrity…Get Me Out Of Here! jungle. Coleen spoke about her time in the jungle, opened up about life at home and explained why now is the right time to step into the spotlight. 

Today may be known as ‘Blue Monday' and supposedly the gloomiest day of the year but ITV's award-winning This Morning helped boost the mood on today's show!

Turning up the feel-good factor, hosts Ben Shephard and Cat Deeley introduced those watching to a litter of adorable seven-week-old Golden Retriever puppies. 

Throughout the show, the puppies charmed the crew and guests alike as the latest to be unmasked on ITV's The Masked Singer, 80s popstar Carol Decker, and actors Shayne Ward and Catherine Tyldesley joined Ben and Cat on the sofa.

The fabulous Florrie Bark also spoke to Ben and Cat alongside her parents - sharing a health and hair update during their chat.

During the show, nutritionist Rob Hobson also revealed which foods have mood boosting benefits, The Speakmans' shared their Blue Monday-busting advice during the phone in and Marcus Bean was in the kitchen with his recipe for a homemade loaf - after freshly baked bread was voted Britain's favourite smell. Plus, Waterloo Road star Adam Thomas brought a smile to some unsuspecting shoppers at Manchester's Arndale with a special version of Dosh on ‘our' Doorstep. 

In September last year, This Morning helped launch CALM's (Campaign Against Living Miserably) ‘Missed Birthdays' campaign - floating thousands of birthday balloons in Westfield London Shopping Centre to mark the 6,929 young lives that have been lost to suicide in the last decade. 

On today's show, CALM's Director of Services Wendy Robinson joined hosts Ben Shephard and Cat Deeley to share more about the work they're continuing to do to raise awareness, alongside Jenni and Jack, mum and step-father of Evelyn - who sadly never reached her 16th birthday.

Today on This Morning, Reform UK Leader Nigel Farage joined Ben Shephard and Cat Deeley in the studio, after returning from Washington D.C where he attended President Donald Trump's inauguration last week. 

Nigel spoke to hosts Ben and Cat five years on from Brexit, about his thoughts on President Donald Trump's relationship with Britain, reconciling with Elon Musk and on becoming Prime Minister. 

Today on This Morning, hosts Ben Shephard and Cat Deeley wished Alison Hammond a very happy 50th birthday and sent Jeff Brazier to help deliver a morning of surprises at her home in Birmingham, including celebrity messages and a special performance by the West End's Magic Mike cast. 

Today on This Morning, Liberal Democrat leader, Sir Ed Davey joined Dermot O'Leary and Alison Hammond on the This Morning sofa to discuss the current carers crisis, his personal experience with care and what his plans are to campaign for industry change.  

Ed also shared the sofa with experienced carer, Clare Miller who is campaigning for change after creating ‘Anne's Law', in honour of her mother who was subject to mistreatment while in a care home. 

Today Vanessa Feltz received a mammogram live on This Morning, as new figures reveal that despite a record number of women going for breast screenings – nearly a third are still ignoring invitations for crucial checks.

As a result, the NHS have launched a new campaign to encourage more women to attend potentially life-saving screenings, particularly aimed at people without symptoms. 

Today on This Morning, Lindsey Burrow, the wife of the late professional rugby star, Rob Burrow, joined Ben Shephard and Cat Deeley on the sofa to chat about her new book release, Take Care: A Memoir Of Love, Family & Never Giving Up. Lindsey spoke about her inspiration for the book and reflected on the amazing legacy Rob has left behind.

Today on This Morning, Loose Women legends Denise Welch and Jane Moore joined hosts Ben Shephard and Cat Deeley on the sofa to talk about the newly released Loose Women: The Podcast. 

The first episode dropped yesterday with Denise and Ayda Field Williams, as the pair opened up in an honest discussion about motherhood and addiction, as well as revealing their Hollywood crushes, and in 24 hours has already soared into the top 10 of the Apple Podcast charts at number seven.

Today on This Morning, Jamie Oliver joined hosts Ben Shephard and Cat Deeley exclusively on the sofa to officially open nominations for the Good School Food Awards 2025. 

Now in its third successful year, Jamie's Good School Food Awards celebrates the amazing unsung heroes who, day in and day out, go the extra mile to make sure Britain's school children are well nourished. 

Live in the studio, Ben, Cat and Jamie announced that brand-new for 2025, ‘This Morning Lifetime Achievement Award' will be added to the list of award categories and that This Morning's Josie Gibson is joining this year's line up of celebrity judges for the first time. 

Today on This Morning, Jordan North joined the Royal National Lifeboat Institution (RNLI) in a special feature on the show to raise awareness of the life-saving work they do.

In December 2024 while out on a run, Jordan was helped by the RNLI after saving a dog who had fallen into the water. Raising awareness for water safety, Jordan revisited the location of his rescue and recounted the incident where he got stuck on a beam after saving the Labrador.

Today on This Morning, the daughter of Giséle Pelicot, Caroline Darian joined hosts Ben Shephard and Cat Deeley in a Daytime TV exclusive to share her side of her family's story. 

Today on This Morning, breakout star of hit Netflix series ‘Adolescence', Owen Cooper and co-star Faye Marsay join Cat Deeley and Ben Shephard to reflect on the success of the world changing series and the important conversations it's sparked in modern culture.

Today on This Morning, The Sound of Music's original Von Trapp children, Angela Cartwright (Brigitta von Trapp) and Debbie Turner (Marta von Trapp) joined Dermot O'Leary and Josie Gibson to reflect on their memories making the iconic film, as tomorrow marks 60 years since its release. 

Angela and Debbie both described what it was like to work alongside Julie Andrews and Christopher Plummer on set. 

Today on This Morning, footballing legend Stuart Pearce described the medical emergency he experienced when 30,000ft in the air whilst flying home from Las Vegas.
