Episode 1
Many scientists across the world have committed suicide. Wang Miao, who was an applied physicist, was asked to do an undercover job in an organization called The Frontier of Science.
Episode 2
Wang attended a conference held by The Frontier of Science. Later, he found a series of mysterious numbers that appeared in his pictures.
Episode 3
Wang found a countdown in the middle of his sight. He went to Shen for answers.
Episode 4
Wang shut down his experiment, and the countdown disappeared. He visited Ye Wenjie in order to find a spot where he could observe the flicker of the universe.
Episode 5
Wang witnessed the universe flicker for him. With encouragement from Shi and his family, he decided to fight against whoever was out there manipulating all this.
Episode 6
Sha presented the theory that the flicker could be fake. Wang and Shi looked through Ye's files and acknowledged her tragic past.
Episode 7
Wang decided to do the undercover job. He was presented with a game which was claimed to show the world of a highly advanced alien civilization.
Episode 8
The civilization was demolished in the game. Wang is overwhelmed by how real the game feels, yet they can't find any information on the game developer. The General decides to put top scientists in military custody for protection.
Episode 9
Hu Xiao Xi, who was Pan's messenger, turned himself in. Wang and Shi went to Shen's place for the truth.
Episode 10
Shi suggested that the cause of Yang's death took place in the last three days of her life. Wang went to Ye in order to know more about her history.
Episode 11
Ye was accused for reading forbidden book and writing a letter that delivered anti-revolutionary ideas. She was given a way out, but with one condition, which was to accuse her father as anti-revolutionary even after his death.
Episode 12
Wang went into the game again and witnessed a model which showed a possible structure of the universe. The civilization this time was destroyed with the sun approaching fast.
Episode 13
Wang went to Ye to learn more about Red Coast. Ye told him about her experience of being selected as a member of the base.
Episode 14
Yang tried his best to keep Ye away from the core of Red Coast. Lei engaged Ye personally for unknown reasons.
Episode 15
Wang Miao re-enters the game with his daughter's inspiration and Ye Wen Jie's interpretation. Shi Qiang and Xu Bing Bing become more suspicious of Ye Wen Jie because of her financial aid to her niece, Chen Xue.
Episode 16
A Tri-Solar Syzygy (a straight-line configuration of three or more celestial bodies in a gravitational system) ends Civilization No.184. Wang Miao is invited to a players' meet-up by the system administrator of the game.
Episode 17
Shi Qiang and Wang Miao embark on a mission to find Shen Yu Fei and Ye Wen Jie. The Earth Three-body Organization is divided, hindering communication with the "Lord." Ye Wen Jie establishes the Third Red Coast Base but receives no messages.
Episode 18
Ye Wen Jie was moved by Lei Zhi Cheng's respect and trust. With Yang Wei Ning's help, she discovered that Red Coast was searching for aliens.
Episode 19
Wang Miao and Shi Qiang share their information, but Shi Qiang doubts it's all a coincidence. Ye Wen Jie waits for ETO leader Evans at the Red Coast Base.
Episode 20
Wei Cheng's addiction to Three-Body computing led him to marry Shen Yu Fei. Wang Miao enters the game and realizes the problem's unsolvability, causing Shen Yu Fei's despair.
Episode 21
At an offline party for the Three-Body game, Pan Han reveals the reality of the Three-Body world. Wang Miao supports Pan Han and informs Shi Qiang about the event, exposing the Three-Body organization ETO.
Episode 22
Ye Wen Jie pays her homage to Shen Yu Fei and learns about the Adventists. Wang Miao and Shi Qiang suspect divisions within the ETO. Wang Miao continues playing the game while the game server's location is discovered.
Episode 23
Clues link Chen Xue to ETO and the K1303 train killing. Wang Miao learns of the ETO gathering, and the Battle Command Center plans an arrest operation.
Episode 24
Ye Wen Jie, who conducted research at the Red Coast Base, comes up with a bold exploration plan: use the sun as an amplifier to transmit signals into the universe.
Episode 25
On Radar Peak, Ye Wen Jie replies to the Trisolarans.
Episode 26
Lei Zhi Cheng wants to monopolize the message that Ye Wen Jie received from Trisolarans.
Episode 27
Ye Wen Jie meets Mike Evans in northwest China. Inspired by Ye's findings at the Base, Evans builds a huge ship named "the Judgment Day". Ye says the Adventists' intercepted information of the Lord is stored on the ship.

According to Ye Wen Jie, the Trisolaris launched two protons into the solar system six years ago to lock the progress of human science.
Episode 29
Wang Miao and Shi Qiang re-enter the Three-Body game through a found hard drive. Monitor No.1379 reveals receiving a warning to protect Earth but is sanctioned for betrayal and forced to live until Earth loses hope.
Episode 30
Nanomaterials expert sees a mysterious countdown superimposed and finds himself under military investigation. He enters the VR game developed by a secret organization and discovers the truth behind the deaths of dozens of scientists.
