Old Nines
During Kaneki's visit with Yoshimura, he asks for information about the One-Eyed Owl and is told a tragic tale of a young ghost. Yoshimura tells his own background story in order to answer Kaneki's question.
City in Waiting
Yoshitoki is granted permission to execute the operation to eradicate the Owl.

The battle between CCG and Anteiku continues, and Koma, Irimi, and Yoshimura each engage the special investigators.
