Katrina Hodgson and Karena Dawn are best friends, roommates, and the beautiful brains and bodies behind one of the hottest and fastest growing fitness companies, Tone It Up. In the premiere episode, the girls plan an important marketing event for their company, but the high-end, avant-garde approach may bring down this critical affair before it even gets off the ground.
A Perfect Fit for Procrastination
When Katrina and Karena decide to throw a celebrity-studded event for their new product, the girls get distracted by "Cyber Monday." With procrastination the monkey on their backs, they may lose prep time for this important occasion that will either make or break them.
Beach Babe or Bust
The heat is on and Katrina and Karena prepare to shoot their second "Beach Babe" exercise DVD in Maui. During this very hectic time, Katrina's fiancée Brian makes the mistake of asking about the future of their living situation, which irritates Karena. With the pressure of preparing for the shoot and the jeopardy of her future living situation, Katrina aggravates a chronic neck injury that puts the shoot in serious danger and could cost the girls $100,000.
Sink or Swim
After much preparation, Katrina and Karena arrive in Maui to shoot their second "Beach Babe" DVD. On the first day of the shoot, things go awry as the girls and their Tone It Up team members experience one setback after another. What was supposed to be a fun and tranquil shoot at the beach could easily turn into the costliest catastrophe of their careers.
Two's Company But Three's a Crowd
Due to a string of glitches on the first day of the shoot, Katrina and Karena are forced to postpone filming their entire "Beach Babe" DVD until their last day in Maui. It's a race against the clock to get everything done in time and on budget. With no time for blunders, the pressure is sky-high and the tension between the girls is at a boiling point.
Change a Comin'
With tensions growing at work and home, the girls forge ahead and decide to shoot a video about how to make healthy cocktails. Meanwhile, Brian and Katrina finally start to plan their dream wedding but Karena becomes increasingly frustrated when she realizes that her and Katrina's perfect life is going to change forever.
Move Out or Move On
Busier than ever, Katrina and Karena are a force to be reckoned with especially after landing two huge projects for Oakley and Self Magazine. Meanwhile, Karena begins to search for a new apartment, but can't seem to find anything that feels like home. Emotions get the best of the dynamic duo and the girls must suffer the aftermath of an epic fallout.
Toned to Perfection
With their fight unresolved, the girls must put on a brave face to deliver a fun and lively photo shoot for Self Magazine. Meanwhile, Katrina and Karena finally have the talk they have both been dreading: the future of their living arrangements and friendship.
