The twins have to face the fact that they are in two different places in their lives, with Nicole's new single lifestyle and wanting to start fresh in Los Angeles, and Brie and Bryan trying for a second baby.

The Bellas start their huge comeback at SummerSlam ringside with Ronda Rousey in New York; Brie goes behind Bryan's back and meets with a plastic surgeon; newly single Nicole is surprised to find that a family dinner turns out to be a blind date.
Troublemaker
A newly free and single Nicole is determined to break the rules and revamp her lifestyle with sexy Ferraris, cigars, a beach house, and a secret date with an old dancing partner, concerning both her sister and her mom. While Brie is worried her sister is having a mid-life crisis, she is also faced with the emotional challenge of leaving Birdie for the first time to go on the road with Bryan for their new WWE storyline.
It's My Life
Nicole goes behind Brie's back to rekindle her chemistry with her old Dancing with the Stars partner, Artem. Brie becomes upset when she finds out Nicole is training with Ronda Rousey without her and Bryan. And as the Bellas make their first appearance back on RAW together, Brie is reminded that she needs to train twice as hard after making two major mistakes in the ring.
The Big Mistake
The Bellas overload their schedule the week of their first ever Birdiebee fashion show and an overwhelmed Brie cancels on an appearance a day before, leaving Nicole frustrated that she needs to pick up the slack. However, all of this exhaustion takes a toll on Brie.
The First Date
Brie becomes emotional and overwhelmed by the backlash she receives on social media since accidentally injuring Liv Morgan in the ring, leaving her wondering if she has taken on more than she can handle. Meanwhile, Nicole takes the plunge and agrees to go on a date with Peter Kraus and is pleasantly surprised by their immediate connection during their romantic night together.
When a Good Girl's Gone Bad
Nicole is asked to be the Main Event at Evolution. Brie wonders if she should hang up her boots. Bryan tries to balance his road life with setting an eco-friendly example for their daughter.
Road to Evolution
With the first ever Women's Pay-Per-View just weeks away, Nicole and Ronda Rousey's publicized in-ring feud sparks a fire in Nicole that she's never felt before. Meanwhile, Brie drops a bombshell on her sister and her family with some news nobody saw coming.
Women Take Center Stage
The first-ever Women's Pay-Per-View, Evolution, is finally here. The Bellas take New York by storm with their media appearances and a Bella Army-filled pep rally. Nicole is determined to show the world what she is made of in her historic Main Event match against Ronda Rousey, while Brie finds the courage to speak out against the bullying she faced this past year.
The Evolution of the Bellas
This was a year of change for the Bella Twins, and in true Bella fashion they head to Napa Valley to reflect before they move apart and continue on their separate journeys for once in their lives. While Brie is ready for a calmer life with hopes of another baby, Nicole, done playing it safe, finally spreads her wings into the arms of a new love interest.

Highway Thru Hell
Highway Thru Hell focuses on a team of drivers who work for Jamie Davis, along with several other heavy recovery operations fighting to keep the roads open in some of the most dangerous working conditions ever seen on TV. The Coquihalla and nearby highways through BC's Cascade Mountains have some of the most difficult and fast changing road conditions anywhere. When it's snowing hard up top on the summit of ‘The Coq', 1200 metres below its pounding rain in The Fraser Valley. Add to that, Canada's busiest trucking route to the West Coast, Highway 1 (Trans Canada Hwy), and you have the ‘Bermuda Triangle' of trucking. Police and highway maintenance crews depend on Highway Thru Hell's heavy rescue operators to respond at a moment's notice in the worst conditions. In between the winter storms, the teams ‘off road' skills are put to the test. The rugged terrain near Hope, British Columbia dishes out some of the most unique and challenging recovery jobs over steep cliffs, down deep ravines and even in bodies of water. Highway Thru Hell is ultimately a series about man versus Mother Nature and the toughest men in the towing business being pushed to their breaking point. The stakes are high - lives, the economy and thousands of jobs depend on the highways staying open, and the last line of defense is Heavy Rescue.
