Southern Basics with a Twist
Trisha's cooking up some classic Southern dishes with a fun, Trisha twist. Her sister, Beth, joins in to help make BPT (Bacon, Jalapeno Pimento Cheese and Fried Green Tomatoes Sandwich), Deviled Eggs With Sour Cream and Bacon and Banana Pudding Cake.

Barbecue with a Master
Trisha is getting a barbecue lesson from John Cash, 'cue master and owner of her favorite local BBQ joint. Afterwards, Trisha heads back home to test some of her newfound skills on one of her own Brisket recipes. John joins her later to taste all she's cooked up, including Unfried Pickles With Ranch Dressing, Cooked-to-Death Green Beans and Blackberry Cobbler.

Updated Classics
Trisha and her nephew, Bret, cook up a classic lunch of Sloppy Joes, Green Salad With French Dressing and Mama's Home Cooked Fries before going for a driving lesson in her dad's classic car. After the drive, they'll head back to the house for a sweet Chocolate Peppermint Milkshake treat to end their special day.

Simple Weeknight Solutions
Trisha shares some of her go-to easy recipes with her friend Julie, a working mom, to make any weekend simple, tasty and stress-free! They make Lemon Citrus Fish, White Rice Herb Pilaf and Mrs. Carter's Skillet Apple Pie.

Feeding Hungry Boys
Trisha's nephew Kyle and two of his college friends are visiting for a weekend of fun and some home cooked food! While the boys are having fun on the lake, Trisha whips up a protein-packed meal of Sausage and Peppers, Garth's Pasta Salad, Power Balls and Chewy Chocolate Chip Cookies.

Boxed Lunch
Trisha's mom used to make her dad boxed lunches when we was working on the farm, and now Trisha's doing the same for Garth. She makes a Turkey Meatloaf Sandwich, Gwen's Coleslaw, Mari's Oatmeal Cookies and Pineapple Sweet Tea which she packs up to share with Garth out on the ranch.

All Things Miniature
Trisha and her friend Glenda are having a "Tea Party for Two," combining Glenda's love of a good theme party and Trisha's love of all things miniature. They'll enjoy bite-sized and individually portioned Creamy Asparagus Soup, Mini Egg Salad Sandwiches, Mini Stuffed Peppers and Mini Monkey Bread Muffins, all served on miniature dishware!

Surprise Supper
Trisha and her band have booked a gig at a historic venue in Trisha's hometown and she's decided to make them all a surprise dinner before the show. Her bandmates Steve and Heather come over to help her cook a comforting crowd-friendly meal of Slow Cooker Stout Beef Stew, Lettuce Wedge With Blue Cheese Dressing and Texas Sheet Cake With Chocolate Ganache. After they're finished cooking, they load up the car and transport the meal to the venue.

Blue Plate Special
Friend and fellow Okie, Ree Drummond, is coming over to make classic diner food dishes with Trisha. While they cook Chicken Fried Steak, Spinach With Bacon and Onions, Baked Macaroni and Cheese and Chocolate Pie, they share their favorite things about Oklahoma, cowboys and childhood memories of eating blue plate specials with their families.

Homage to Julia Child
Trisha and her sister, Beth, are paying homage to Julia Child for the day; dressing up like her and making Trisha's versions of some of Julia's classic French dishes, accidents and all! They make Beef Bourguignon, Potato Pancakes and Apple Charlotte.

A Romantic Dinner
Trisha's helping her sister, Beth, make a special anniversary dinner for her husband. They make Chicken Saltimbocca, Roasted Vegetables With Balsamic Glaze and Chocolate Orange Cake -- all dishes that look fancy and taste great, but are actually simple to make.

Big Family Thanksgiving
Trisha is hosting her family for Thanksgiving this year. She's making her uncle's famous Ranch Injected Fried Turkey. The family lends a hand in the kitchen with the Brussels Sprouts With Pistachios, Broccoli Cornbread and Lemon Pecan Pie before gathering around the table to share what they're thankful for, eat and sing!

Just Because Party
Trisha's friend Karri is coming over and they decide to invite some friends over and have a "Just Because" party. They'll be cooking up great party food (Chicken and Wild Rice Casserole, Zucchini Cakes With Herb Sour Cream, Fresh Apple Pie) and having Trisha's signature cocktail, just because!

Christmas Eve Dinner
Trisha and her sister, Beth, prepare their Christmas Eve dinner of Honey Mustard Glazed Ham, Grits and Greens Casserole and Sauteed Parsnips and Carrots before heading to a candlelight service at church, where Trisha performs a special song. After the service, the pastor and his wife join the family back at the house for a Snappy Pear Crumble for dessert.

Slim Down Secrets
Being healthy and balanced has become important to Trisha and her niece Ashley, who is joining Trisha in the kitchen today to share some healthy cooking secrets while enjoying an easy, flavorful and healthy meal of Raspberry Chicken; Big Green Salad With Feta, Garbanzo, Walnuts, Lemon Juice and Olive Oil; Edamame Parmesan and Chocolate Angel Food Cake With Macerated Strawberries, before going on a walk.
