Trisha Yearwood and her friend, Natalie, are all about finding a balance in life, so today they're suiting up for boot camp! Afterwards, they'll whip up a menu that's low on calories but high on flavor, including Kale Chips, Lemony Orzo Chicken Soup, Chickpea Salad Sandwiches and an Angel Food Cake with Grapefruit Compote.
Trisha on Ice
Trisha Yearwood and her friend Glenda prepare for ice skating lessons with Nashville's hockey team, the Predators! In exchange for the lessons, they make them Glazed Limoncello Cookies. After hitting the ice, Trisha and Glenda come back to make a hearty meal of Chicken Spinach Lasagna, Prosciutto-Wrapped Breadsticks and Shaved Sweet Tea Ice.
Money Savers
Trisha Yearwood's nephews return to the kitchen to learn some budget-friendly and belly-filling recipes. After giving out some gifts for the dorm, Trisha shows them how to stretch their dollar with dishes including Garlic Popcorn, Breakfast Burritos, PBJ Smoothies, Thai Peanut Butter Ramen and Peanut Butter Mug Cake with Chocolate Icing.
Halftime Funtime
Football season's coming to an end, so that means it's time for the big game! Trisha Yearwood invites family and friends over for a halftime-themed party, featuring crowd-pleasers like Pimento Cheese Queso, Spicy Artichoke Dip and Nashville Hot Chicken Meatball Sliders. Plus, there's Lime and Orange Wedge Gelatin Shots and an end zone dance competition!
Chocolate Rules
Love for chocolate is in the air! Trisha Yearwood visits Mackenzie Colt, owner of the famous Colts Chocolates, to get a tour of the factory and eat a piece (or 10!) of chocolate. She then heads back home to make a menu of chocolate recipes, including Boston Cream Pie, Chocolate-Covered Cereal Mix, Cafe Mocha and a Frozen Chocolate Mudslide.
Picture This!
Trisha Yearwood's working on some new recipes, so she's inviting over her tour photographer to snap some pictures in exchange for a home-cooked lunch. Before he arrives, Trisha whips up Cheeseburgers with Garlic Mayo, Fried Pickles and Onion Rings, a Vanilla Orange Tart and Sparkling Cherry Lime Soda.

Trisha Yearwood and her sister, Beth, take a trip down memory lane as they go through mom and dad's shoebox of recipes. They pull out comforting recipes to cook, such as Company Chicken, Mama's Scalloped Potatoes and Wild Scuppernong Pie with Cinnamon Swirl Ice Cream.
Coffee Talk
Trisha Yearwood's social media crew is in the kitchen! After filming Trisha's online streaming show, Coffee Talk, the gang hangs around to enjoy each other's company, great food, and of course, coffee! Today's menu includes Mexican Iced Coffee, Quick Roasted Chicken with Garlicky Herb Sauce, Cheesy Hasselback Potatoes and a Ginger Peach Crumble with Buttered Pecan Topping.
Eggs All Day
Trisha Yearwood's sister, Beth, is thinking about owning her own chicken coop, so the Yearwood sisters head to their friend's farm to learn the basics! They return with more eggs than they can handle, so they decide to make an egg-centric menu consisting of Avocado Toast with Creamy Soft Scrambled Eggs, Deviled Egg Salad Club Sandwiches, Sweet Potato Asparagus Hash with Fried Eggs, and Chocolate Souffles with Triple Raspberry Sauce.

Trisha Yearwood's center stage with her backup singer, Robert Bailey! She recalls one of her favorite food stops in Portland, Ore. and creates a menu based on her experience, including Filthy Dirty Martinis with Blue Cheese-Stuffed Olives, Mashed Potatoes, Creamed Spinach, Cherry Almond Skillet Shortbread and a Well-Done Steak. After the meal, Trisha and Robert perform a soaring a capella rendition of "How Do I Live."
Bringin' Home the Farm
Trisha Yearwood and her sister, Beth, head out to a local farm to enjoy its bounty of fresh ingredients and even pick their own arugula from the fields! After that, they return home to make Slow Cooker Pork Loin, Mushroom, Asparagus and Arugula Risotto, and Strawberry Buttermilk Ice Cream with Homemade Waffle Cones.
Book and Wine Club
Trisha Yearwood and her sister, Beth, get ready for their book club! First, Beth heads to a local bookstore, where she runs into bestselling author, Ann Patchett. After picking out a book, she joins Trisha in the kitchen, where they make a wine-inspired menu of Rotini with Chicken Marsala Ragout, Red Wine Chocolate Cake and Beth's Arugula Salad with Sparkling Wine Vinaigrette.
Trisha's Spicy Kitchen
Trisha Yearwood and her friend, Julie, bring on the heat! After chowing down on some delicious but fiery hot chicken from Prince's Hot Chicken Shack, the duo head to the kitchen to make some spicy specialties, including Spicy Chipotle Peanuts, South Tex-Mex Rice, Spicy Turkey Lettuce Cups with Red Pepper Jelly, and Blackberry Black Pepper Cocktails.
