Loren is a high school senior who sends over 14 thousand texts a month. Her non-stop messaging is damaging her hand and hurting her chances of playing volleyball in college, but she still refuses to change her ways. Will Loren realize she needs to give her fingers a rest in order to fulfill her dreams? Kristin is a 20-year-old wife and new mother whose thirst for social stimulation has her texting 24/7. Her husband is fed up with playing second fiddle to a phone, but Kristin thinks he's just jealous that some of her texting buddies are guys. Will Kristin recognize the damage she's inflicting in time to save her marriage? They can't survive without a phone in their hands. Will they limit their obsessions before it's too late?
