The Opening Force
2 years after the final battle in Furuhoshi, the time arrives for Hikaru Raido to have another fateful encounter with the mysterious warrior, Ultraman Victory, and a new invading force from space.

Ginga vs. Victory
Hikaru fuses with Ginga again to help UPG and the mysterious Ultraman Victory face the forces that are threatening them. At the last second EX Red King's rampage is stopped, Ginga extends a hand to Victory, only for the other Ultraman to attack!

A Lone Warrior
The invasion of the Alien Chibull, Exceller, grows more intense. The Alien Guts, Vorst, launches an attack with a group of Imperializer space robots!

The Meaning of Strength
With the power granted to him by Ultraman Taro, Ginga powers up into Ginga Strium. While glad to see Taro again, Hikaru begins to question his newfound strength, feeling the stress of his duty to protect Victorium.

Friend & Demon
The Alien Chibull, Exceller, unleashes the super monster Vakishim and the Dimensional Superhuman Yapool! Yapool possesses UPG Officer Gouki to infiltrate the base, in order to trap Hikaru/Ginga inside a dimensional barrier!

Past that was Forgotten
Sho/Victory are being followed by a mysgterious woman named Hiyori, who has some kind of grudge against his race, the Victorians. As Sho is attacked without knowing the reason why, his transformation item, the Ultlance is taken.

Magnetic Wave Operation
The crystal on the back of the Sacred Beast Shephardon holds an enormous amount of the Victorium that the Alien Chibull, Exceller, has been seeking. Realizing this, Exceller sends the Odd Beast Gan Q to suck Victory up, causing Shepardon to give chase.

Fight to the Death of the Morning Glow
Five vicious monsters are combined to create the unstoppable Five King! Ginga and Victory's unrelenting assault seems to have no effect, and the two Ultramen vanish in a flash of light! On the verge of victory, the Alien Chibull, Exceller, activates Android One-Zero's self destruct countdown.

Life in the Resurrection
The gang from Furuhoshi drops in! Hikaru enjoys his peaceful reunion with Misuzu when he receives an emergency call from UPG. Watching Hikaru work so steadily towards his dream makes Misuzu nervous about her own.

Holy Sword to the Future
Sho and Shepardon are close companions, but the Alien Guts, Vorst sends two super monsters to test their friendship! Sho fights hard as Victory before falling to Doragory's deadly venom!

Gan-Q's Tears
Exceller's new agent, the Alien Akumania, Muerte, convinces a sadsack salaryman named Yoshida to 'Live with a giant Gan Q in order to work out his stress by wreaking havoc! But once Yoshida agrees, he finds himself in the form of a humanoid Gan Q!

To Meet You
The Furuhoshi gang is back, and one of them has made her dream come true! Kuno Chigusa is now an idol on the rise. And her popularity isn't limited to Earthlings! Even an Alien Metron is a passionate fan.

Split! UPG
Secretary Kamiyama arrives at the base. To strengthen their defensive abilities, a project that had been proceeding in secret will now be fully implemented. Hikaru is taken into custody after objecting to the plan.

Resurrection of Lugiel
The Victorium Canon that was secretly constructed at UPG base is proven to be incredibly powerful. Furious at seeing the source of life for the Victorians, and all life on Earth, used this way, Sho leaves Hikaru behind and makes his way into UPG base.

Adventure Called Life
Hikaru/Ginga's nemesis, Dark Lugiel, fuses with UPG's base, creating Vict Lugiel. With such a powerful foe at Exceller's command, Ginga and Victory are powerless to stop him. With hope on the verge of vanishing, UPG still remains committed to the fight.

The Fight for Tomorrow
The final episode of Ultraman Ginga S! Mana's sacrifice brings a faint hope to Hikaru and the others. As Ginga and Victory struggle, Exceller falls to the side as their true foe appears, and causes them to lose their Ultraman powers.

It is up to the opposing team to tell tall tales from fantastic facts.
