Love in Amsterdam
A body of a student is found in the port of Amsterdam. Van der Valk and his team are tasked to solve this case, but are somewhat distracted by the arrival of a new employee, the internet expert Job Cloovers. A second body is found later and the question pops up whether they are connected to each other or not. The investigation leads them to the Amsterdam art world and to the municipal politics.
Only in Amsterdam
Van Der Valk is contacted following the death of a young woman in the vicinity of a library and museum, owned by a wealthy philanthropist, that specializes in the promotion of global mysticism. The investigation will bring him and his team into contact with a nun interested in erotica, the followers of an obscure Christian sect that worship the wounds of Christ and a drug facility with a controversial approach to addiction as well as going to the heart of a longstanding family feud.
Death in Amsterdam
When the brutal killing of a fashion vlogger is broadcast live, Van Der Valk and his team find themselves drawn into investigating the contemporary fashion world. They are soon immersed in issues surrounding ethical design and sustainability and uncover a world of lies, drug-taking and double-dealing that leads to a second murder, of a well-known fashion designer killed on the catwalk at the launch of her latest range. The search for anonymous street artist, Omega 616, whose bold graffiti statements seem linked to both deaths, eventually leads the team to unravel a darker truth about interconnectedness and insecurity as the net closes in on the killer. Separately, a past case comes back to haunt for Dahlman and Van Der Valk leading to a climactic shootout involving the entire team.

Have I Got News for You
Based on the week's news, Have I Got News for You is fronted by guest hosts and features two regular team captains, Paul Merton and Ian Hislop. Each week the show invites two guests to cast a jaundiced eye over the week's news, resulting in a fast flow of anarchic, spontaneous and hugely entertaining wit and humour. Guests typically represent the world of politics, comedy, show-business and journalism, and are often themselves particularly newsworthy participants. The final touches of Have I Got News for You are put together only hours before recording, allowing guests to comment on the late-breaking news stories of the day.

Eavesdropping on the life of Sidney Chambers, a charismatic, charming, crime-fighting clergyman, and his partner in crime Police Inspector Geordie Keating, became a highlight for the audience who revelled in their on screen partnership. Geordie's plain-speaking, down to earth approach to policing complemented Sidney's more gentle technique of coaxing information from witnesses and suspects. Their unlikely pairing became a true friendship as each offered a different insight into the crimes they unravelled.

The show features drag queen contestants competing in weekly challenges such as photo shoots, comedy performances and stomping the runway in the hopes of avoiding the bottom two - where they will have to lip sync for their lives.
