Luis compra el departamento 202, (mismo departamento que perteneció a Don Roque) y se lo renta a los López Pérez.
Se descubre que Don Roque envió a Rambo con Pedro para que cuide de el.él.
Luis menciona que Doña Jovita ya regreso a su pueblo, justificando la ausencia de Yolanda Martínez tras su fallecimiento.
German regresa al edificio, aunque un día después de su regreso vuelve a causar desperfectos.
