La separación
Se realiza junta de vecinos debido que Magdalena ya no aguanta los gritos del Jorjáis de: "Se compran fierro viejo que venda", antes que acabe la junta Luis les indica a los vecinos que al edificio le esta entrando muy poca agua y que deben ver el tema antes que se queden sin agua, propone que alguien vaya a la compañía de agua y lo reporte, Silvia se ofrece a preguntar y los vecinos dejan en caso en sus manos.
Lorena desea revivir la pasión y el romance de jóvenes con Frankie, pero mas bien cada uno termina recordando sus romances juveniles con antiguos novios.
Silva sale del edificio a ver el tema del agua y el Jorjáis se pone a la orden a German para resolver el problema del agua ya que dice haber trabajado 25 años en la compañía de agua.
Lorena discute con Frankie a cerca de su monótona vida matrimonial ya que no hacen nada emocionante y que esta harta de hablar de "la toalla del Mojado", Frankie le dice que si no le gustan sus historias de cuanto triunfo en el cine no vale la pena seguir con el, Lorena propone separarse y Frankie amenaza con dejar la casa.
Frankie le pide a Luis vivir temporalmente mientras resuelve sus problemas conyugales.
Lorena le cuenta a Magdalena y a Alejandra del pleito con Frankie y como lo saco de su casa, ellas la apoyan y le dicen que se vaya, que ella tiene posibilidades de agarrar a otro buen galán, Frankie se presenta en el departamento y le dice a Lorena que le va a dar otra oportunidad ya que no le gusta que estén peleados, pero Magdalena y Alejandra le dicen a Lorena que no lo perdone y así lo hace.
Doña Magda le reclaman a Silvia acerca de la falta de agua en el edificio y Silvia le indica que la compañía de agua enviaran a una persona a checar las tuberías porque posiblemente este tapada y que hay que esperar.
Frankie con la ayuda de Pedro arman un plan para supuestamente ir a un antro a ligar ya que no hay problemas porque ellos están separados, Lorena también tiene el mismo plan armado por Magdalena de salir con un "amigo" para dar celos.
Los vecinos van donde Silvia a preguntar como va el tema del agua, Silvia se molesta con ellos y decide bajo su riesgo contratar al Jorjáis para que resuelva lo de la tubería tapada, pero el trabajo de Jorjáis deja sin agua completamente al edificio.
Lorena decide no quedarse sola y amargada como Silvia y decide buscar a Frankie pero los vecinos le dicen que no será posible porque agarró sus cosas y se fue del edificio.
Lorena le llora a su papá por teléfono porque Frankie la dejó, suena el timbre y Lorena cree que es Frankie pero resulta ser su hijo Benito.
