Meanwhile, Trude's friend and fellow-Norwegian Maria Lowe - who, like Fiona and Trude, also trained at the Langford Vets' School - treats a collie dog with a mysterious lump. Trude and Maria are making plans to form a partnership and set up their own veterinary practice.
