The Source
Explorer Levison Wood sets out to walk the Nile River from source to sea - an epic 4200 mile journey. Lev follows the river from the jungles of Rwanda, faces roadside robbers in Tanzania, and receives a blessing from a local witch doctor in Uganda.

Through the War Zone
Lev continues through South Sudan, escaping the war torn mainland to visit the peaceful and enigmatic Mundari tribe. Arriving in Sudan, 2000 miles into his journey, Lev faces his biggest obstacle yet: the Sahara Desert.

The Egyptian Nile
Over 3000 miles and 7 months on foot, Lev enters his final country: Egypt. Passing through ancient cities, and discovering magnificent pyramids and ruins, Lev pushes through the pain of his last miles to make it to the finish line: the Mediterranean Sea.
