Stolen cars and a murder inquiry. Some old crimes but lots of new names, new faces and a few new problems. The new Divisional Commander, Don Henderson , arrives to find not only that his office is not ready - his building isn't either!
Episode 2
PC Barker's first body and a hijack at a bio-engineering factory. Don Henderson gets attacked across the conference room table, then takes his wife out for lunch but ends up at a siege.
Episode 3
Don locks horns with the ACC (Ops) and Mike and Jane hunt sheep rustlers. Ronnie gets his first arrest and leaves Smithey feeling sheepish.
Episode 4
More bodies in bin bags for Frank, Mike and Jane to worry about - while Ronnie is worried about his new bike.
Episode 5
A fraud squad raid hits Fallows and Mike. Don gets media attention, while Smithey pays too much attention to Madeline.
Episode 6
Ronnie is injured in the line of duty; Don and June have a dinner date with the Fallows; and Mike, Jane and Frank catch a big fish in their net.
Episode 7
Don needs to see the ACC (Ops) but he is seeing the Russians. Frank has to watch Hagland because Mike and Jane have the wine store robbers under surveillance - in the Lake District.
Episode 8
Don moves house with June and finds a new home for his division; Ronnie has his first court appearance; and Madeline is decoy in the skip murders.
