Sporting Heroes - Swim School
Londoner Annalize Butler has been teaching swimming since 2006 and in that time she's noticed something – she's one of the only black swimming instructors around. It's not just the instructors – statistics show that only 2% of regular swimmers are black, something Annalize is determined to change.
BOSS – Black Owned Swim School - was born after Annalize posted an advert on social media and met up with a group of parents in the West Midlands. They were all keen to have her teach their children how to swim. She now runs lessons in and around Birmingham and Wolverhampton for children and adults from all backgrounds.
In the film, Annalize meets Noe whose 15-year-old son Thando tragically drowned last July. She gives Gugu, Thando's brother, some vital lifesaving lessons and tips on swimming in open water.
Now, Annalize is determined to grow BOSS and has set herself the target of teaching in 100 pools. She also wants to start offering open water swimming lessons and raise awareness of water safety in the black community.

Worst Cooks in America
Chef Anne Burrell is back for a seventh season of trying to turn some of America's worst cooks into kitchen stars. This time, however, the recruits are seven celebrities who can showcase their talents on TV and in movies, but not no so much in the kitchen. Burrell competes against Worst Cooks in America newcomer Rachael Ray to see which chef can lead one contestant to make the most impressive culinary transformation. Actors Dean Cain, Ellen Cleghorne, Jaleel White and Barry Williams join reality stars Jenni "JWoww" Farley, Chris Soules and Kendra Wilkinson in boot camp. The winning star gets $50,000 for charity and bragging rights for his or her mentor. Not all of the celebrities will make the cut, however; after an opening potluck dinner each mentor selects three recruits to be on her team, leaving one celebrity to be sent home before the competition really begins. Burrell is looking to extend her record to 5-2, while Ray looks to get the win in her first season.
Married at First Sight
Married at First Sight is an extreme social experiment that follows six brave singles yearning for a life-long partnership as they agree to a provocative proposal: getting legally married to a complete stranger the moment they first meet. Four specialists – sexologist, Dr. Logan Levkoff; psychologist, Dr. Joseph Cilona; sociologist, Dr. Pepper Schwartz; and spiritual advisor, Greg Epstein – create what they believe are three perfect couples, based on scientific matchmaking. The couples will not meet until they walk down the aisle and see each other face-to-face, for the first time, at the altar. Over the course of several weeks, episodes capture each couple's journey as they go from wedding, to honeymoon, to early nesting, to the daily struggle of working on their marriage. After several weeks together, each couple must make a decision: do they remain together or decide to divorce?

But they have to pay to see what vowels are in a puzzle. The contestant that has amassed the most winnings at the end of a game goes on to play the bonus round, in which the player can win even more -- prizes frequently seen in the bonus round include automobiles, vacations and more cash.
