Gregg Wallace investigates the world of healthy eating and asks when is it worth paying that little bit extra for so called healthy foods, and if you can always trust the supermarkets to tell you what's good for you. With the help of two sisters from Bristol, Gregg reveals some of the tricks of the trade. Plus he will be putting three new products to the test.
