Ade heads to the races at Happy Valley, and Dan discovers the history of the origins of the Hong Kong and Shanghai Banking Corporation - HSBC. Mexico City

Moscow
This time, Dan Snow, Anita Rani and Ade Adepitan are in Moscow revealing the hidden systems and armies of people that help run the biggest and busiest city in Europe.
Capital of Russia, this is a city of 13 million people that likes to play by its own rules. It is also a place of contradictions - where the most efficient metro system in the world meets the worst traffic jams on the planet. Anita goes bumper to bumper in this city of epic commutes, while Ade discovers how Muscovites escape the stresses of city life with a trip to a dacha - there is vodka, a Russian sauna known as a banya, a thrashing with birch leaves and... more vodka. And, in this city forged by power and politics, Dan gets privileged access to one of Moscow's most closely guarded secrets - going behind the closed doors of the Kremlin, before heading underground to see one of the biggest metro expansion projects in the world. Moscow is crowded, it is imposing and it radiates military might. How does this city of nearly 13 million people reconcile a communist past with their capitalist present?
Delhi
This time, they are in Delhi, capital of India, with a population of 26 million and rising. Anita discovers how this growing city feeds itself, visiting Asia's largest fruit and veg market, a round-the-clock operation spanning an area the size of 80 football pitches turning over a billion pounds a year.
Dan explores how the city has grown from its origins at the heart of the great Mughal Empire, through jewel in the crown of the British Raj to capital of the world's largest democracy, while Ade braves the seething backstreets to get a taste of life as a porter in one of India's oldest markets. It is hectic, it is noisy and it is hot. How on earth does this city of 26 million people live, thrive and survive?

Worst Cooks in America
Chef Anne Burrell is back for a seventh season of trying to turn some of America's worst cooks into kitchen stars. This time, however, the recruits are seven celebrities who can showcase their talents on TV and in movies, but not no so much in the kitchen. Burrell competes against Worst Cooks in America newcomer Rachael Ray to see which chef can lead one contestant to make the most impressive culinary transformation. Actors Dean Cain, Ellen Cleghorne, Jaleel White and Barry Williams join reality stars Jenni "JWoww" Farley, Chris Soules and Kendra Wilkinson in boot camp. The winning star gets $50,000 for charity and bragging rights for his or her mentor. Not all of the celebrities will make the cut, however; after an opening potluck dinner each mentor selects three recruits to be on her team, leaving one celebrity to be sent home before the competition really begins. Burrell is looking to extend her record to 5-2, while Ray looks to get the win in her first season.
