Episode 2

The World's Most Expensive Cruise Ship is continuing its journey through the majestic fjords of Scandinavia. The pressure is on for Assistant Cruise Director Lucy, who has to step up unexpectedly and cover for her boss, Lorraine. With a ferociously busy cruise ahead, and unpredictable weather conditions, it will be a baptism of fire for Lucy, who has never had to run the show alone before. Will she be able to deliver the holiday of a lifetime for her guests? Also helping run the on-board entertainment is rookie social hostess Lizzie. With brand new guests boarding, she has another chance to impress her bosses and prove that she is worth hiring when her probationary time on board ends. It'll be no easy feat, as Lizzie is not only tasked with organising a wedding vow renewal ceremony in under 48 hours, but also making sure that the ship's solo travellers are well looked after. Lorraine returns at the end of the cruise - but will Lizzie have done enough to secure a new contract? Along the way, General Manager Franck reveals the mammoth budget spent on flowers alone to adorn the decks and shows his utter perfectionism when he tours the ship to make sure there's not a rogue speck of dust in sight. Chief housekeeper Pitchie has her work cut out to make sure over 350 suites are six-star perfect in under four hours.
