Home Cooking and Date Night
Chefs Anne Burrell and Carla Hall ask 14 recruits to make their favorite homemade recipes, and the chefs choose their teams. Then the recruits must replicate their chef mentor's favorite Asian takeout dish before the least successful cooks are sent home. Then former recruits react to a date night-themed episode of Worst Cooks in America featuring Chef Anne and Chef Bobby Flay as mentors.
Farm-to-Table
Boot Camp challenges help the recruits understand how food gets from the farm to their fork. Chefs Anne Burrell and Carla Hall show them how to make meatless meals, and the recruits are judged on their pairings of seasonal fruit and meat.
Sauce Boss
Boot camp gets a retro, '80s makeover, and the recruits use their palates and culinary senses to learn about different sauces in a zany "Balls to the Wall" game. Then chefs Anne Burrell and Carla Hall teach their recruits how to make meatballs and sauce from scratch. In the main challenge, the recruits are tasked with making the ultimate saucy dish, enchiladas. Unfortunately, the fiesta is over for the two recruits with the least successful dishes.
Between Two Buns
The recruits start the week learning about flavor pairings in a wacky sandwich tasting game. For the skill drill, chefs Anne Burrell and Carla Hall have their teams put their own spin on fried chicken sandwiches. In the main challenge, the recruits rock and roll while creating unique roulades, but it may be the last week of boot camp for the least successful recruits.
Hook, Line and Sink 'Em
Chefs Anne Burrell and Carla Hall congratulate the recruits for mastering the land, but now it's time to conquer the sea. First, the teams go head-to-head in a seafood identification game with trivia questions and traveling by boat to grab ingredients. The skill drill challenge has them whipping up steaming bowls of mussels, and in the main challenge, the chefs task their recruits with making seafood risotto. The least successful recruits who are still lost at sea are sent home.
Bonkers for Baked Goods
It's time for the recruits to learn about the wonderful world of desserts. They get a crash course in cake decorating from pastry chef Zac Young, and then their cake decorating skills are put to the test. For the skill drill, chefs Anne Burrell and Carla Hall teach the recruits how to make anything-but-ordinary cupcakes. Then the recruits return to the savory side when they have to make fresh pasta from scratch. The least successful dishes earn their recruits a trip home.
This Ain't No Yolk
The recruits tackle the most important meal of the day, breakfast! They start by playing a fast-paced game to see how their skills stack up. Then chefs Anne Burrell and Carla Hall teach their teams how to cook an elaborate breakfast spread. In the main challenge, the recruits hope to earn a spot in the finale as they execute dishes requested by their loved ones and serve them family-style for all the remaining recruits and both chefs to taste.
Fight for Finale
To start off the final week in boot camp, the remaining recruits compete in a relay race that tests their speed, knowledge and skill in the kitchen. Then chefs Anne Burrell and Carla Hall teach their final two recruits how to make a three-course, restaurant-quality meal. For the last challenge, the two finalists put all their newly learned culinary skills to the test in order to impress a panel of culinary experts. Judges Adrienne Cheatham, JJ Johnson and George Mendes sample the recruits' dishes in a blind taste test and choose the winner of the $25,000 prize.

Highway Thru Hell
Highway Thru Hell focuses on a team of drivers who work for Jamie Davis, along with several other heavy recovery operations fighting to keep the roads open in some of the most dangerous working conditions ever seen on TV. The Coquihalla and nearby highways through BC's Cascade Mountains have some of the most difficult and fast changing road conditions anywhere. When it's snowing hard up top on the summit of ‘The Coq', 1200 metres below its pounding rain in The Fraser Valley. Add to that, Canada's busiest trucking route to the West Coast, Highway 1 (Trans Canada Hwy), and you have the ‘Bermuda Triangle' of trucking. Police and highway maintenance crews depend on Highway Thru Hell's heavy rescue operators to respond at a moment's notice in the worst conditions. In between the winter storms, the teams ‘off road' skills are put to the test. The rugged terrain near Hope, British Columbia dishes out some of the most unique and challenging recovery jobs over steep cliffs, down deep ravines and even in bodies of water. Highway Thru Hell is ultimately a series about man versus Mother Nature and the toughest men in the towing business being pushed to their breaking point. The stakes are high - lives, the economy and thousands of jobs depend on the highways staying open, and the last line of defense is Heavy Rescue.
The Handmaid's Tale
The Handmaid's Tale is the story of life in the dystopia of Gilead, a totalitarian society in what was formerly the United States. Facing environmental disasters and a plunging birthrate, Gilead is ruled by a twisted fundamentalism in its militarized ‘return to traditional values'. As one of the few remaining fertile women, Offred is a Handmaid in the Commander's household, one of the caste of women forced into sexual servitude as a last desperate attempt to repopulate the world. In this terrifying society, Offred must navigate between Commanders, their cruel Wives, domestic Marthas, and her fellow Handmaids – where anyone could be a spy for Gilead – all with one goal: to survive and find the daughter that was taken from her.
