In Monmouthshire, a single mum hopes to transform a bungalow into a designer home with a huge kitchen-diner for £20k. Mark Millar hopes to make her dream come true. And in Yorkshire, a family are one bathroom away from completing a sympathetic renovation of a Victorian period property They have got just £8k to do it, so Mark attempts to work his magic once more.

And in Cheshire he assists a couple who have taken on a fixer-upper dream of a five-star luxury bathroom, but what they've currently got is a death trap.
