Song Pan-ho is a respected judge in Woowon City. One day, he encourages his son, Ho-young, to turn himself in for a hit-and-run accident, but when he learns that the boy Ho-young killed is the second son of Kim Kang-heon, the chairman of the Woowon Group, which controls Woowon City, he decides to cover up his son's crime.
Clues Found?!
Song Pan-ho begins destroying evidence by erasing the CCTV footage from the gas station where Ho-young was photographed and destroying Ho-young's car. After being released from prison, Kim Kang-heon pursues the truth about Sang-hyun's death, but Lee Sang-taek, who was secretly stealing Ho-young's car and running away, is caught, and Sang-hyun's motorcycle fender is found in Ho-young's car.
Going to the End of Hell
A huge explosion occurred at Lee Sang-taek's house... Lee Sang-taek's mother, Kim Mi-young, and youngest daughter, Lee Cheong-ha, who were inside, died. Kim Kang-heon suspects Sang-hyuk, who does not know where to go, and Sang-hyuk, attempts to smuggle himself through the dock gang. Meanwhile, Pan-ho is threatened by an unknown person who says he knows the truth about that day.
Negotiation Table
Kim Sang-hyuk kills Jung Hae-yong, his men.... and Lee Sang-taek. Lee Cheng-kang, who witnessed the incident, visits Detective Jang Chae-rim. Meanwhile, Kim Kang-heon is convinced that Song Pan-ho, the owner of the car, is the culprit and is determined to clean things up. Song Pan-ho chases Tee Rab, who threatens him, and confronts Kim Kang-heon.
Those Who Seek, Those Who Catch
Song Pan-ho has done irreversible things to protect his son. When Kim Kang-heon's eldest son, Kim Sang-hyuk, is arrested as a suspect in the Daeyeon Port shooting, Jang Chae-rim mobilizes Song Pan-ho and prosecutor Kang So-young to bring Woowon down. Song Pan-ho promises Kim Kang-heon that Kim Sang-hyuk is innocent, and while he tries to get information from Jang Chae-rim, she goes missing. Kang So-young, who continues the investigation on Jang Chae-rim's behalf, captures Kang-heon's wife, Ma Ji-young, who was involved in the Lee Sang-taek family death case, and Kim Kang-heon orders Pan-ho to investigate Ma Ji-young without detention.
A Reasonable Price
Song Pan-ho tries endlessly to survive Kim Kang-heon by involving Jeong Yi-hwa and Jo Mi-yeon. Kang So-young captures Ma Ji-young to put pressure on Kim Kang-heon. Song Pan-ho, who bought time with Ma Ji-young's non-custodial investigation, shakes off the jumper man who is monitoring him and meets up with Jeong Yi-hwa and Jo Mi-yeon, but is soon caught by Kim Kang-heon. Kim Kang-heon makes an example of Jo Mi-yeon's voodoo faction and threatens Jeong Yi-hwa as well. As Song Pan-ho struggles in vain, Kim Kang-heon sends him a video.
I Will Surrender
When Tee Rab's body is discovered, Kim Kang-heon sends a video to Song Pan-ho to further imprison him. While Kim Sang-hyeok's trial is underway, Song Pan-ho attempts to contact the Blue House and finds a way to survive with Jo Mi-yeon. When Kim Kang-heon realizes that Kim Eun and Song Ho-young are meeting, he warns Song Pan-ho. Meanwhile, the trial turns against Song Pan-ho again with news of Lee Cheong-gang, the only witness to the Daeyeon Port shooting incident, Kang So-young and Jang Chae-rim prepare for their final battle.
You're Not the Culprit
In order to get away from Kim Kang-heon, Song Pan-ho rushes to contact the Blue House, but when that doesn't work, he plots to eliminate Jo Mi-yeon and Kim Kang-heon. Realizing that Song Pan-ho is not the one responsible for the hit-and-run, Kim Kang-heon pressures him by showing him a video of Song Ho-young with his daughter. In order to protect his son, Song Pan-ho desperately tries to prevent Jo Mi-yeon's ambush, but after revealing the truth he has been hiding from Kim Kang-heon and Jang Chae-rim, Pan-ho has nowhere to retreat.
I Will Sentence You
When Jang Chae-rim realizes that the hit-and-run accident was not an accident, but an intentional crime, she meets with Song Pan-ho and gives him one last chance. In response, Song Pan-ho asks Park Chang-hyuk to detain Jang Chae-rim for a while. Pan-ho's last push to convict Kim Sang-hyuk is attempted, and Kang Moon-seok, Jo Mi-yeon, Jang Chae-rim, and Kang So-young all throw their last card under Pan-ho's insistence. The final trial has arrived, who is the real culprit and will Ho-young have one last chance?
I've Come to the End
Pan-ho delivers the final judgment against Kim Sang-hyuk. Kang-heon's final act of concealment and manipulation to protect his son leads to disaster... The deaths of voodoo priest Jo Mi-yeon and Detective Jang Chae-rim. Song Ho-young heads to Kim Kang-heon's house with a gun. He joins Kim Kang-heon, Ma Ji-young, Kim Eun, and Kim Sang-hyuk for dinner. A phone call from Kang So-young, who is furious about Jang Chae-rim's death, Pan-ho's frantic rush to Kim Kang-heon's house and Song Ho-young's final gunshot with his gun drawn. Who will pay for the sins besides the one truly responsible?
