Derek sees big profit potential when he buys a crumbling old house in a nice neighborhood. Chauncey is skeptical of the half-finished work and the small square footage. With possible high reno costs, hardwood hardships, and missing air conditioning, was this all a big mistake to take on this zombie?
Dallas: Stillwater
Derek takes Chauncy to see a house in the super desirable North Dallas neighborhood. Even though this smaller home has foundation issues, Derek feels it's too much of a deal to pass on. But when Chauncy gets her heart set on panoramic doors, will the extra cost tip the scale on an already tight renovation budget?

Duke stumbles upon a potential diamond in the rough estate sale that piques the interest of Keith and Alynne. The team ventures out to discover the zombie house that sits on an overgrown jungle of a yard, where a detached unit in the back is hidden among the weeds. Despite its rough appearance, they soon see the potential for a lucrative flip. But as they begin tearing the walls apart, they quickly realize their initial excitement was misplaced. As the flip spirals out of control, Keith and Alynne face mounting financial pressures and a timeline that is way over budget. Will the Zombie Flippers get away from this nightmare house with a profit?

An overextended Dolmar and his team take on a botched flip in South Tampa. But when delays plague the timeline, he recruits his wife Keisha to help manage the project and sees dollar signs as local house prices soar. But when the team is faced with bathroom nightmares, termite terrors, and permit issues, will they build back better or will they crumble?
Tampa: Water Oak
Dolmar's got a steal of a deal in Port Richey. But after they pull up to this 90s Era Time capsule, they discover that vandals, roaches, and water damage have had their way with the interior. Dolmar decides to recruit his wife Keisha to help out with this Zombie. But will she be enough to help him turn this Port Richey Pad into a Palace?
Dallas: Glenhill
In an ideal Dallas neighborhood, a ramshackle bungalow with some vandalism and a faulty foundation falls in Derek and Chauncey's laps. A friend of theirs needs help with a flip and only has two weeks to complete this job. If they can't get this done quickly they may lose 40k and a friendship.
Tampa: Pinehurst
Dolmar buys a zombie sight unseen, shocking his business partner Sam, especially having known there may be a sinkhole under the property, threatening the profitability of this flip. With this sinkhole and other stresses getting Dolmar worried, he brings his wife Keisha aboard to act as the renovation's project manager, hoping she'll be able to keep this renovation moving forward, on time and on budget.
Tampa: Waikiki
Dolmar receives a tip on a hot home in the desirable Palm River neighborhood, so he and Amanda head over to scope it out. Even though the home has several suspect additions and termite damage, Dolmar feels the deal is too good to pass on. But, while converting a back office room into a new bedroom, Dolmar and his team run into a series of electrical and bad DIY jobs that could put the team's chance for any profit into jeopardy.
Dallas: Carriage
Looks can be deceiving. This Derek special is set in a posh neighborhood on a treelined street and from the outside it doesn't look like your typical Zombie. But once Derek and Chauncey step inside, this 2,800-square-foot ranch home quickly becomes a house of hidden horrors. Will the foundation, leaky pipes, and backyard pool torpedo their budget and sink their profits?
Tampa: Brookway
A zombie in an upscale neighborhood appears welcoming from the outside, but years of water damage, black growth, and a battered roof, will really put Dolmar, Keisha and Amanda to the test. Will this be their most challenging flip?
Tampa: North 17th
Keisha is apprehensive about the team's next zombie since it isn't in the best of neighborhoods–which may hurt the potential resale. Add to that a bad foundation and the discovery of live termites, and this potential flip seems more like a potential flop.
Tampa: Clearbrook
Dolmar thinks he hit a homerun purchasing a zombie in a desirable community outside Tampa. But as the team starts to renovate, it's quickly discovered that this house is going to need a ton of work. Like a new roof, new windows, new flooring, new fencing, and an industrial clean out of the in-ground pool.
Tampa: 58th Avenue
The zombie team has their work cut out for them when they discover a 3bed/2bath might be missing a bedroom! Termites, collapsing ceilings and some surprises might just be a budget-buster! Will Dolmar and the team make it out in one piece this time?
Dallas: Whittenburg
Chauncey and Derek team up with Project Manager, Albert on a Zombie in the desirable North Dallas neighborhood. But with giant holes in the floor, roaches, and all sorts of unspeakable muck, the budget and timeline quickly balloon. Will the team be able to get this house done on time to stay on their budget? Or will they get stuck holding onto a shell of a cockroach infested zombie?
Tampa: Peppertree
When Dolmar and the team get a deal on a 4 bedroom two bath from one of Dolmar's lender contacts in the suburb of Port Richey, it seems too good to be true. And when the market shifts, it is, causing Dolmar and his team to have to make a hard decision.
Tampa: Takomah
An exciting former rental property dream house turns into a nightmare when everything that can go wrong, does. From rotted roof trusses, damaged water heaters and countertops, and an exploding budget, the team will really have to think out of the box to solve this property puzzle.
Tampa: River Grove
Dolmar found a steal of a deal with a house that backs onto the Hillsboro River and has a ton of potential. But the team quickly realizes that this mid-century home hasn't been updated since the Cold War. With termite damage and a potential mold issue, the Zombie team has to scramble to keep this riverfront property from sinking their bottom line.
Tampa: Linden
When Dolmar and the crew decide to take on this next zombie, little did they realize the challenges they would meet: foundation concerns, delivery delays, flooding and even an injury to a teammate all jeopardize the potential of flipping this house in the allotted 45 days.
Tampa: Wesson Circle
Dolmar and his team are flipping their first townhouse in the Greater Carrollwood suburb of Tampa. With challenges such as cracked walls, sinking floors, and outdated features, they face an uphill battle to transform the property. Will they flip this townhome on budget? Or will their bottom line sink with the foundation?
Tampa: Roxboro
Dolmar and his team stumble upon a potentially great investment opportunity in Hudson, Florida. It seems like a great deal until they see the fire damaged garage. With terrible smells and melted garage doors, the Zombie team wonders if this investment will go up in smoke.
Tampa: SW 66th Place
Dolmar's frequent collaborator Anthony was able to buy a house at land value in Bushnell Florida. Dolmar jumps at the opportunity, but when the team checks the Zombie out, it's a shell of a house. The roof is rotted, the walls are gone. It's all block walls, 2×4 studs, and rusted pipes. Is the team biting off more than they can chew in this dilapidated shoebox?
