With the deadline closing in on Paul Sr.'s P.O.W./M.I.A bike, emotions run high. OCC crew joins forces to complete the heartfelt tribute before its public debut but last minute delays and unexpected setbacks leave its fate hanging in the balance.

NY Jets Bike
The OCC crew kicks off a big league project when they build a custom chopper for their home town heroes, the New York Jets. But sparks fly and tempers flare between father and son as they reach to finish the bike for opening day.

Miller Electric 1
The boys visit the makers of leading welding equipment for inspiration for their latest chopper. Vinnie likes Paulie's ideas for a welder's mask on the gas tank and a serpentine set of exhaust pipes, but Big Paul is sizzling over the messy shop.

Miller Electric 2
Paulie & the boys hit the hardwood for a game of hoops against the guys from OCC Ironworks. Back in the shop, Big Paul blows up at Vinnie, but once he takes a look at the Miller Bike's paint job and the outrageous tow-behind welder, all is forgiven.

Leno Bike 1
The Teutuls go Hollywood when Tonight Show host Jay Leno commissions a modern version of his favorite classic bike, 1939 Brough Superior. The excitement fades when Paulie discovers that the bike's frame is too small to accommodate the oil tank.

Leno Bike 2
OCC prepares for the Leno Bike's debut on the Tonight Show. When the parts return from the painter, the guys discover that the bike just won't fit together. Paulie and Vinnie are forced to burn the midnight oil for the king of late night.

Liberty Bike 1
When a wealthy historian asks the guys to incorporate original copper fixtures from the Statue of Liberty into a custom chopper. Paulie gets stars (& stripes) in his eyes with innovative touches of a right-side drive line & a torch-shaped carburetor.

Liberty Bike 2
In the midst of the uphill battle to finish the Liberty Bike, Paul Sr. proposes a downhill adventure, a spontaneous snow tubing trip. Back at the shop, the pressure mounts as Paulie realizes the bike's exhaust doesn't fit.

Dixie Chopper 1
When the gang visits the Dixie Chopper company, makers of the world's most powerful lawnmowers, Paulie comes away with some cutting edge ideas for the latest bike. Spinning mower blades incorporated into the wheels & a real chromed-out mower engine.

Mikey/Vinnie Bike 1
Mikey and Vinnie finally get the chance to build their own bike. After hitting the links for a little "inspiration," the guys cook up some tasty ideas for their project: a super-stretch frame, a twin-cam motor and a unique, one-sided swing arm.

Mikey/Vinnie Bike 2
With a week to go until the New Orleans show, Mikey and Vinnie hit the home stretch on their collaborative project. But friendship turns into frenzy when Mikey's tardiness gets him sent home, leaving Vinnie to wrap up work on the duo's signature hog.

I, Robot Bike 1
Will Smith stops by Rock Tavern to help the boys of OCC design a custom chopper for the premiere of his upcoming action film, "I, Robot". The ambitious bike build finds the shop falling behind.

I, Robot Bike 2
It's California dreaming as the boys of OCC get their latest creation ready for its red carpet debut out west. While they're waiting for paint and chrome work to be completed, Paulie and Vinnie get to work souping up Mikey's 50cc scooter.

Davis Love III Bike
Pro golfer Davis Love III gets a one-of-a-kind birthday present when his wife Robin gets the Teutuls to build him a custom old-school chopper to contradict the easy-going personality he has on the green.

Lance Armstrong Bike 1
OCC visits Nike Headquarters in search of inspiration for their next project, a chopper tribute to six-time Tour De France Champion and cancer survivor Lance Armstrong and his Livestrong Foundation.

Observe the Tour De France in its final stages as work continues on Lance Armstrong's Livestrong Bike. The deadline is looming and the team is struggling as they try to put the finishing touches on the exhaust system in time to get the chopper ready.

Police Bike 1
The OCC is under the gun to create an all new kind of chopper - a bike to honor the men and women of law enforcement. When the guys pay a visit to the New York State Police Academy, they learn first hand just how tough training is.

Police Bike 2
The Teutuls continue work on the Police Bike. With delays piling up, the guys give up their holiday weekend to meet deadlines. With lights and sirens blaring, the crew must fix the bike in time for a NYPD benefit.

David Mann Bike 1
A trip down memory lane at the Sturgis Bike Rally inspires Senior to build a tribute bike to legend David Mann. But with Paulie showing up late to work and never-ending fights with Mikey, will the build be finished on time?

The OCC continues work on the tribute chopper for artist and legend in the biker world, David Mann. But after a tragic phone call from Easyriders Magazine, Senior learns that David Mann has passed away, changing the bike from a tribute to a memorial.
