Episode 1
The East Anglian Air Ambulance crew fight to save their patient's partially amputated hand in Stowmarket and a crew in High Wycombe to help a man in cardiac arrest. The Essex and Herts Air Ambulance team deal with Becky's badly broken ankle in Chelmsford and in Hatfield, a motorcyclist suffers multiple injuries after a collision with a van.

Episode 2
Air ambulance crews respond to headteacher Andy who has collapsed after a cardiac arrest in Essex and warehouse employee Rob who is trapped under a pallet of granite in Ipswich. Katie, who is 13-weeks pregnant, calls for help when she keeps having seizures and the Essex and Herts Air Ambulance crew help Jo who has been lying on the bathroom floor with a broken ankle for nine hours.

Episode 3
Critically-ill dialysis patient Gillian desperately needs fluids, so the East Anglian Air Ambulance crew must make a tough decision. In Canvey Island, the medics take over the breathing of motorcyclist Sol who is bleeding from his ear. In Luton, Essex and Herts Air Ambulance help 16-year-old Idris who has a head and leg injury after a collision with a car. In Norwich, Martin has fallen from a ladder and has a nasty open ankle fracture.

Episode 4
After a fall down the stairs leaves painter and decorator Mick with a possible bleed on the brain, the Thames Valley Air Ambulance crew take over his breathing to give him the best chance of survival. The Essex and Herts Air Ambulance team administer ketamine to Don, a motorcyclist with a broken leg and severely deformed wrist. Plus, Doreen needs help after being trampled by a foal.

Episode 5
The Essex crew and Herts Air Ambulance race to help a teenager, who has a major brain injury after colliding with a car in Hemel Hempstead. In Bicester, Dimi's heart is racing dangerously fast and needs to be shocked back into a normal rhythm and in Clacton, some DIY goes wrong for Martin, who has a suspected broken collarbone.

Episode 6
Both of the Great North Air Ambulance's helicopters are dispatched to help a critically injured father and his two young sons, following a car collision in Cockermouth. The crew from Thames Valley Air Ambulance head to Bracknell, where Martin is having breathing difficulties. Plus, in Stanford-le-Hope, gardener Graham has a nasty open ankle fracture after falling off a ladder.

Episode 7
Penny is in anaphylactic shock after a wasp sting and Warwickshire, Northamptonshire, Derbyshire, Leicestershire and Rutland air ambulance crews are on their way. The Essex and Herts air ambulance look after teenager Connor, who has broken his leg while doing tricks on his bike. Plus, motocross rider Carl needs Thames Valley air ambulance's help after an accident leaves him with a dislocated hip.

It is up to the opposing team to tell tall tales from fantastic facts.
