On the home's green exterior, Cherie uses her inside knowledge to create curb appeal that will attract the most buyers while still being cost effective. She has only five days to finish the flip and stage the home before the open house and now Cherie finds out whether buyers love the renovation as much as she does.

Cherie modernizes the bathroom while preserving its funky retro floor tile, and saves a cast-iron tub by reglazing it. A wasted space is converted into a functional mudroom.
