Cherie goes house hunting to find the house that has the most potential for her five day flip. After choosing the right house, she and her team completely gut and remodel a kitchen and two bathrooms, plus add custom touches to the rest of the house. On the home's green exterior, Cherie uses her inside knowledge to create curb appeal that will attract the most buyers while still being cost effective. She has only five days to finish the flip and stage the home before the open house and now Cherie finds out whether buyers love the renovation as much as she does.

Cherie Barber renovates a mid-century Rambler by knocking down a wall to create an open-plan kitchen that flows to the dining room. Cherie modernizes the bathroom while preserving its funky retro floor tile, and saves a cast-iron tub by reglazing it. A wasted space is converted into a functional mudroom.
